According to study on UV-Vis opitical property、qualitative antibacterial experiment 、quantitative antibacterial experiment of anatase nano-TiO_2 and antibacterial powder (adulterated by Ag ion and Ce ion) we turned out that antibacterial powder's diffuse reflection spectrum obviously Einstein shift which makes it can absorb more visible-light. Not only irradiated by UV-light but also irradiated by visible-light antibacterial powder both possess photocatalytic capability, which brought new functions that improve latex's quality.

A preparation method of the visible-light photocatalyst Bi2WO6 nano-powder is characterized by comprising the steps as follows:(1) the selection of raw materials;(2) bismuth nitrate Bi(NO33 question mark 5H2O is added into a citric acid solution to obtain the citric acid solution containing white sediment;(3) EDTA is added into ammonia water which is then added dropwise with the citric acid solution containing the Bi(NO3)3 question mark 5H2O so to obtain a solution of bismuth;(4) the solution of bismuth is added with (NH4)6W7O24 question mark 6H2O solution to form a precursor solution which is then stirred, dried, coked, cooled and ground to obtain decarburized powder;(5) the decarburized powder is roasted for 2h to 4h under 450 DEG C to 550 DEG C to obtain the visible-light photocatalyst Bi2WO6 nano-powder.

The results show that photocatalyst TiO2 improves the removal rate of toluene in not only the nitrogen plasma field (NTP-P-O2/N2) eradiating ultraviolet light but also the argon plasma field eradiating visible light. This supports the idea that both the UV light and the high-energy electron in the plasma field can activate TiO2. Furthermore, the toluene removal rate in NTP-P-Ar system is 5% higher than that in NTP-P-O2/N2 system, confirming that high-energy electron has greater effect on the degradation performance of toluene, as compared with UV light.
