船舶机舱系统结构复杂，故障源多，征兆参数丰富，故障与征兆之间常常不存在简单的对应关系，而是相互影响，关系错综复杂。60年代以来，世界上先进的造船国家都相继开展了船舶机械状态监控和故障诊断的研究，出现了无人值班机舱船舶，但仍存在不足之处，如：只给报警提示或显示参数的实际值，不具备对复杂故障的原因分析并给操作者以直接的提示或建议功能；只监测当前的运行状况，不具备预测设备未来运行可靠性的功能；尽管近年来设备故障诊断技术得到了很大的发展，但真正能成功应用于实船的尚不多见。本论文以船舶机舱为对象，以提高船舶营运安全性为目标，来研究船舶机舱的安全控制技术，主要内容如下：首先，介绍和分析了状态监测、故障诊断和安全评估的研究内容和现状，尤其是在船舶领域的研究近况。

Analysis for testability is widely used in DFT and test pattern generation, but most testability analysis algorithms have the shortcoming of either inaccuracy or being too complicated. A new method to calculate the signal probabilities of the nodes in IC is pre-sented in Chapter 7 of this dissertation. The signal probabilities by our method is more exact than by the previous ones. A symbol of the signal probability at the fan-out node is created and is propagated to the RFON (Reconvergent Fan-out Nodes). At the RFON, the expression containing the symbol is simplified using the rule which corresponds to the law of identity in Boolean algebra. After the expression is simplified, the symbol is substituted with its numeric value. Theoretical analysis shows that this method is concise and has a low computing complexity.

Using grey relational analysis, the relational degree and the relational order between mileages and evaluation indexes are determined and provide the basis for periodic oil-change and selection of monitoring indexes.

The management and quality analysis of the primitive images have been analyzed and studied in this paper, of which the content and structure are as follows:Firstly, the developing background and the meaning of the management and quality analysis of the primitive image, as well as the trends of the management and data quality of the image database studied both in and out of our country, have been discussed in detail.Secondly, the developing direction of the technology of the remote sensing image and the importance of the remote sensing images in the field of economy nowadays have been analyzed systematically. And it is pointed that the primitive image with the elements of interior and exterior orientation will become more and more important as a sort of image production.Thirdly, the hierarchical structure of database, especially the SQL Server adopted in this system, has been deep studied and analyzed in the aspects of Applying Program Interface, Internet Data Connector and ActiveX Data Object.Fourthly, the methods of assessing the quality of the remote sensing image have been put forward in the terms of geometry, construction and the integrality of the assistant information.Fifthly, the model of propagation of errors of the precision of the ground coordinates has been calculated in the steps of inner orientation, spatial resection and answering based on the deep analysis of the principles and processes of inner direction and space resection, which have also been experimented and analyzed in term of numerical value.Finally, the total design and the idiographic realization of the sub-modules have been introduced in detail, based on which the design and development of this system are realized in combination with the program languages such as VB6.0, VC6.0 and SQL.

本文针对原始影像的管理与质量分析进行了深入的研究与探讨，主要内容包括：(1)首先对原始影像管理与质量分析系统的研制背景和意义进行了详细论述，并对影像数据库管理和数据质量研究的国内外动态作了介绍；(2)对遥感影像技术目前的发展趋势以及遥感影像在国民经济生活中的地位进行了深入的分析，并指出附带有内外方位元素的原始影像作为一种影像产品将越来越会引起人们的重视；(3)对数据库的体系结构进行了深入的研究与分析，尤其是对SQL Server数据库的体系结构，从编程接口、Internet数据连接器和ActiveX数据对象三个方面进行了深入剖析；(4)从几何质量、构像质量和附属信息的完整性三个方面提出了对遥感影像质量的评定方法；(5)基于对内定向和空间后方交会原理及过程的深入分析，推导出了从内定向到空间后方交会再到最终求解地面坐标的误差传递模型，并对上述模型进行了数值实验和分析；(6)对原始影像管理与质量分析系统的总体设计和各模块功能的具体实现进行了详细的介绍，并在此基础上联合VB6.0、VC6.0和SQL等编程语言，实现了系统的设计与开发。

The RAPD was used to study the genetic diversity of 19 KinXin series potato cultivars. The result showed that 52 RAPD bands were amplified using 7 primer, among them 43 bands were polymorphic, and 4~9 bands were amplified in each lane. The RAPD analysis indicated that the genetic distance of 19 potato cultivars was between 0.17~0.72, average value was 0.39. When all of the polymorphic bands were analysed by cluster analysis, 19 potato cultivars were classified into 3 groups. The analysis showed that there existed close sibship among the majority of potato cultivars, and the genetic distance between the minority cultivars and the others is longer, which indicate that the genetic basis of KeXin series potato cultivars is wide.

利用RAPD标记技术对19份克新系列马铃薯品种进行了遗传多样性分析，分别提取19份马铃薯品种的DNA，进行随机引物多态性扩增，从1000条随机引物中初步筛选出7条有多态性的引物进行详细研究，每条RAPD引物扩增出4~9条带，共获得52条带，其中多态性条带为43条；19份马铃薯品种的遗传距离介于0.17~0.72之间，平均值为0.39，平均遗传距离介于0.31~0.51之间；聚类分析结果在GS=0.53处可将克新系列马铃薯品种划分为三类，聚类结果与系谱分析基本相符，同时也说明克新系列马铃薯的遗传基础有所拓宽。
