Results Trunk neural crest stem cells were successfully isolated and cultured. The immuocytochemcal result showed that the cells were nestin-and P75-positive. Trunk neural crest stem cells grew through adhering to chitosan fiber after inoculation. Under an electon microscope, the spindle-shaped trunk neural crest stem cells were proliferated and migrated along the fiber. The cells arranged side by side or linked by heads and tails in processes. The ends of S-100 positive cells were flat and expanded, adhering to the fiber as claw-shaped pseudopodium.

Results The length between posterior superior iliac spine and greater trochanter of femur was (15.2±1.35) cm for man and (11.5±0.72) cm for woman; the length between posterior superior iliac spine and ischial tuberosity was (13.3±0.87) cm in man and (10.3±0.49) cm in woman; the length between greater trochanter of femur and ischial tuberosity was (8.3±0.83) cm in man and (5.5±0.61) cm in woman; the surface projection where the superior gluteal artery, superior gluteal veins and superior gluteal nerve permeate the suprapitiform foramen was below the point 0～6.8 mm between 2/5 superior and middle trunk from posterior superior iliac spine to greater trochanter of femur; the surface projection where the inferior gluteal artery, inferior gluteal veins and inferior gluteal nerve permeate the infrapiriform foramen was at the point between 2/5 inferior and middle trunk from posterior superior iliac spine to ischial tuberosity; the surface projection where sciatic nerve permeate the infrapiriform foramen was at the point between 3/5 lateral and middle trunk from ischial tuberosity to greater trochanter of femur.

This article focuses on the line-line, line-region and region-region topological relations algorithm, which come down to the same question: whether there are intersections between line and line. The sweep-line algorithm was studied by many people, but has some deficiencies to be improved, in order to handle some special cases and increase program efficiency. My works as follows: rectangular envelope to reduce executive times , vector cross multiplication to determine intersection between line and line, coordinates and slope method to deal with some special cases. C program examples are showed together.(5) Finally, to prove capability and efficiency of the model and calculation method, some test systems are developed. For example, complex spatial topological relation query, parcels' exact area with the area of linear object reduced in land use, quality inspection to cadastral data according to topological rule, spatio-temporal change query of cadastral data.

Under a fixed model of chromospheric flare, we investigate the influences of Hα and CaIIK line profilles on various velocity distributions from semiempirical view. The results show that: Hα line is very sensitive to the velocity in upper chromosphere; the profile of CaIIK line have responses to velocity in any layer of chromosphere, but the degree of CaIIK line asymmetry is much weaker than that of Hα and can be ignored if velocity is as small as 10km/s; chromospheric condensation in lower part of transition region have strong influence on Hα line but contrary to CaIIK line, the typical characteristic of H line effected by chromospheric condensation in transition region is reversed blue asymmetry, i.e. the intensity of blue peak is stronger than that of red peak; the stronger the chromosphoric condensation is, the more obvious the Hα line asymmetry appears; and so on.
