Result revealed :Long time resistance training could increase the level of NO, iNOS and TNF-a in serum of rat, which had correctitude correlations in diversification . The level of NO, iNOS and TNF-a in serum of untrained rat had a markedly raise after one time exhausting exercise, which was likely to have relationto the answer of organism to exercise. During exercise, the raise of level of NO, iNOS and TNF-a in serum of untrained rat could promote blood circle ,transportation of substance and energy, level of immunity and was seasoned with other level of cytokines .

结果显示，大鼠长期有氧训练能够提高其血清中NO、iNOS和TNF一a水平，三者变化呈现正相关；未训练大鼠在一次性运动至力竭时，NO、NOS和TNF一a水平显著上升，这可能与一次性运动相适应机体生理应激有关，TN下一a、NO、iNOS含量/活性水平显著提高，促进血液循环，提高物质能量的运输，优化免疫水平以及与机体内其他细胞因子水平相适应。

The aim of this study was an evaluation of the influence of HiLoon aerobic performance and its physical effects. Elite swimmers、 collegestudents major in physical education and rats were exposed to simulatedaltitude in a decompression chamber and the followings were investigated:(1) erythropoiesis and erythropoietin,(2)maximal oxygen uptake,(3)body weight and body composition,(4)serum parameters of metabolism andhormone,(5)erythropoietin gene expression in kidney and vascularendothelium growth factor gene expression in heart.1 Effects of simulated "living high-training low" on aerobic performancein elite swimmersFourteen swimmers (10 men, 4 women) from Shandong swimming team weredivided into two groups: experimental group (living high-training low,n=8,6men,2women),living at a simulated altitude of 2,800m for 13 to 14 hours per day for 3weeks in a decompression chamber and training at sea level; control group(living low-training low, n=6,4 men,2 women),living and training at sea level.

为系统探讨高住低练对机体有氧能力的影响及其机制，本研究利用低压舱来模拟高原气压条件，分别以优秀游泳运动员、体育专业大学生和大鼠为实验对象，从以下几个方面来初步探讨模拟高住低练对机体的影响：(1)红细胞生成和EPO，(2)最大摄氧量和无氧阈，(3)体重和身体成分，(4)血清物质代谢指标及激素水平，(5)大鼠肾脏EPO和心脏VEGF基因表达。1 模拟高住低练对优秀游泳运动员有氧能力的影响 14名山东省游泳队运动员(男10人，女4人)，随机分为两组：实验组(模拟高住低练组，男6，女2)和对照组(低住低练组，男4，女2)。

The instruments the author used in the experiment are literature review, interviews, questionnaires and case study. Start from the point of view of strengthening amateur sportsmen's training method in view of the 400-meters sportsmen who haven't reached level 2 target in school PE teaching and amateur training according to the successful experience and long time of practice of some qualified 400 meters trainers and some out standing PE teachers as well as the accumulation of the related literature review the author construct theoretically the model of training 400 meters male dash with the target of improving the speed of 400 meters dash. That is to say from the following 4 aspics, speed index,speed endurance index,aerobic endurance index,strength index.Listing the relative theory of mode training by analyzing and comparing the results got by the subjects both before and after the experiment the author tries to find out a suitable final index mode for specific training .

本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查和实验等方法，从重视基层业余水平田径运动员的训练、加强对业余水平运动员训练方法的研究为出发点，针对学校体育教学及业余训练中水平一般且未达到国家二级锻炼标准的400m跑运动员，依据国内400m跑专项高水平教练员、优秀体育教师多年训练实践的成功经验以及相关文献资料的积累，以影响400m跑专项成绩提高的主要内容指标，即速度指标、速度耐力指标、有氧耐力指标以及力量指标四个方面为切入点，从理论上初步对男子400m跑二级运动员专项训练的指标模式进行构建，并运用模式训练相关理论原理，通过实验前、后运动员成绩的对比分析，寻求符合其专项训练的最终指标模式。
