objective to study high risk population,high incidence time of traffic accident injuries,in order to provide evidence of prevention of traffic accidents.methods review inquiry,epidemiological analysis were performed.results there were 557 cases of traffic accidents before hospital in 2004.the traffic accident was the first in traumatism,the accounting for 51.86%.in 2004,the month of high incidence was july to december.people were on duty and off duty that was the high incidence time of traffic accident injuries in a day.the age of high incidence was 20 to 39 years old.the injury rate of males was higher than that of females.conclusion the measures of prevention and control are to strengthen traffic safety education,improve road safety level and quantity.

目的 了解院前急救交通事故的高危人群、高发时间，为交通事故的预防提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法，统计分析资料。结果 2004年1～12月我院急救中心院前急救的外伤病例中交通事故居首位，共557例，占总数的51.86%。在这一年内，以7～12月份为高发期。在一天中，人们上下班时间是交通事故高峰。以20～39岁年龄组为高危人群，在交通事故中受伤及死亡的男性比率高于女性。结论预防和控制交通事故的主要措施是加强群众的交通安全意识，提高驾驶员的安全行车意识和完善道路交通设施，确保良好的交通环境。

Based on the summary, this paper proposes the urban traffic information system architecture project suitable for the administerial management situation of China. The UTISAP includes a traffic information center, eight subsystems and two databases. Eight subsystems comprise traffic management, ETC, TFGS, traffic information service, GIS, EMS, CVOS and AHS. Two databases comprise the aspects of road traffic management and vehicles management. And the traffic information center is the core.

The sketch and specific design approaches of mid-block street crossing are generalized and three management and control modes are discussed. Based on extensive investigation and survey, the paper analysis the arriving laws in different land-use condition and the traffic characteristics of different crossing entities under different control modes. The initial characteristic, the speed and dispersion of the mobile flow are also intensive studied, as well as the effect of mid-block street crossing. Establish the linear planning models on the coordination between the signals of mid-block crossing and intersection. Finally the evaluation of the model output is carried out from time saving results, safety, economic results and social results. Set the example of Taiping north road in Nanjing, surveying the traffic situation, applying the method of signal coordination between the mid-block crossings and intersection to realize the south-to-north signal coordination design. The evaluation results show the coordination plan are more superior to the current signal plan.
