The comparisons of biochemistry between OP and OR rats The differences between OP and OR rats included not only body weight, but lipids metabolism and insulin sensitivity as well, characterized with insulin resistance, increasing in serum free fatty acids and ketone body, and hepatic TC and TG in OP rats. However, no significant differences were observed in serum TG, TC, LDL, HDL and fasting glucose between OP and OR rats.⑶Comparisons of metabolites in serum, urine and liver tissue between OP and OR rats①There were significant differences in amino acids concentration between OP and OR rats,especially in liver tissue, such as high concentrations in ketogenic and glucogenic amino acids in OP rats, suggesting differences in amino acids metabolism;② The different metabolites between OP and OR rats included increasing of various saturated fatty acids and decreasing of polyunsaturated fatty acids in OP rats;③The urinary metabolites analysis indicated that different structure or metabolism of gut microflora might exist between the two phenotypes, which probably influenced the regulation of body weight gain;④The end-products of catecholamines in urine and intermediates of krebs cycle in serum in OP rats were all up-regulated, suggesting that the activity of sympatheic nervous system and energy metabolism was higher in OP rats than OR rats.

Abstract］ objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different samples and different methods in detection for banded krait venom.methods double immunodiffusion and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay were used as the methods to detect different samples of people and animal who were bit by banded krait.results in double immunodiffusion the samples were all negative;with elisa the samples of wound tissue liquid and blood were all positive.conclusion wound tissue liquid and blood are both fitting samples in detection for banded krait venom;double immunodiffusion isn't adapt to detect banded krait biting patient,but elisa is an good detection method.

目的 探讨银环蛇毒中毒检测中不同材料与不同方法的优缺点。方法采用双向免疫扩散法与间接elisa法对银环蛇毒中毒的人与动物的不同标本进行检测。结果双向免疫扩散法死者伤口皮肤组织液、死者心脏血清、死小猪伤口皮肤组织液及死小猪血清标本均未见免疫沉淀带；elisa法测标本均为阳性。结论银环蛇毒中毒检测中伤口皮肤组织液和血液都是合适的材料；双向免疫扩散法的检出率较低，而elisa法则是一种较好的检测方法。

Scar resection in upper lip, orbicularis oris muscle reconstruction, Z-plasty, V-Y plasty or double movable mucomuscular complex flaps for vermilion defects were applied to slight nasolabial deformities. In severe labionasal deformities, Forked flap was used at the upper lip to lengthen columella for patients who have enough upper lip tissue, while for those who have deficient upper lip tissue, the prolabium was advanced into columella for lengthening and an Abbé flap was adopted for upper lip reconstruction. Results Since 2000, we have treated 23 patients of secondary deformities of bilateral cleft lip.
