After being loaded with horizontal retraction force at various height, displacement and stress distribution of anterior teeth was not well-distributed. Labiolingual displacement of incisors varied from crown lingual tipping to lingual translation and lingual controlling root movement, while canine mainly showed crown lingual tipping. The displacements of teeth increased with the length of hook but their moving tendency remained unchanged. Stress distribution in PDL was in accordance with teeth displacement.

The follow-up periods were various from 6m to 21m. The apical MTA barrier technique was used to manage pulpless permanent teeth with incomplete root formation. The postoperative radiographs showed complete repair of periradicular tissue in 5 of 7 teeth and improvement obviously in other 2 teeth. Only one case (1 tooth) had a 3mm periodontal pocket in four perforation repair cases. The lesion at the perforation sites was improved obviously.

追踪观察时间为6-21月。4例穿孔修补的病例，均为延迟修补，除一例为根尖1／3处的病理性吸收外，其余患牙的穿孔部位位于牙根的冠1／3或根分叉处，一例6m复查时有3mm的牙周袋形成，其余患牙骨吸收暗影均明显缩小。7例根尖发育不全并无髓牙的病例均为成人，5例根尖暗影完全消失，2例明显缩小。

METHODS: In all the 283 teeth, the root canal of 196 teeth were obturated with paste zinc oxide- eugenal; the other 87 teeth were obturated with Vitapex.

Results:With 2 years following study,in the cement screw post group 50 of total 57 teeth were good, 2 teeth failed for root fracture、2 teeth failed for post fracture、3 tooth failed for crown loose .The rate of success is 87.72％.

CT images of the 6 UAs showed homogenous and low density in comparison with muscles. Of the 6 UAs, 2 (33%) were lobulate, 4 (67%) were regularly round or oval; 1 (17%) had bone septa, 2 (33%) had root resorption of the neighboring teeth, 3 (50%) had cortical perforation. All UAs showed well-circumscribed margins without soft tissue masses. Three UAs were examined by enhanced studies and showed mild to moderate enhancement of the wall. Of the 5 MAs, 3 (60%) showed low to intermediate density as compared with muscles, 2 (40%) showed homogenous and intermediate density; 3 (60%) had bone septa; 3 (60%) showed root resorption or destruction of the neighboring teeth. All 5 MAs were lobulate with cortical perforation, soft tissue masses, and ill-defined margins. All 3 MA5 examined by enhanced studies showed strong enhancement. CONCLUSIONS: SMAs are usually seen in middle-aged patients.

Methods: 492 patients with primary teeth disease were divided into three groups randomly, these teeth were obturated with root canal filling paste, paste iodoformzinc oxide eygenol and paste iodoformcalcium hydroxide respectively.The clinical efficacy was observed at 3 months,1 year and 2.5 years later after root canal therapy.

Using stereomicroscope, we observed the fracture line direction and location as well as the angle between the fracture line and the attrite plane. The data was compiled into statistics and analyzed. The results revealed that most of the vertical root fractures occurred in teeth with severe attrite crown and flat root. Numerous bucco-lingual oriented fractures occurred in the mesial root of molars, and we found three non-endodontically treated cases with mesio-distal oriented fractures in the palatal roots.

Methods: One hundred and twenty teeth with curved root canals were randomly divided into 2 groups: 74 curved root canals in group PT were prepared by ProTaper rotary Nickel-Titanium file with crown-down technique, and 75 curved root canals in group SS were prepared by K-files with step-back technique.
