In this research, Delphi language is adopted to work out calculation procedure of coal-pulverizing system, use this procedure to perform checking calculation, and act as the theoretic basis of operating adjustment. The operation characteristics and controllable parameters are completely studied to reduce the cost. The double-stage separating technique is adopted to improve separation efficiency. The pulverized coal exhauster is reformed based on the outcome of resistance calculation to save power consumption of pulverized system. The wearing problem of steel balls is studied, has set up the stable state mathematics model of steel ball wear to certain load ball system and addition ball system.

This paper introduces the software structure and real time process principle of real time NC system, according to the milling process character of NC system and the geometrical modeling method of computer simulation, presents a technique of subdividing roughcasts and data structures which applies to the computer simulation of the NC milling process; and in order to quicken the operating rate and enhance the reality of computer simulation, puts forward a logic algorithm of the 3D milling process of real time NC system which can display the effects of the computer simulation of 3D milling process of real time NC system dynamicly and efficiently in PC, such as the movement of tools, the elimination of materials, the shape changing of roughcasts.

Aiming at realizing embeddedARM control system on musical fountain, the design of software and hardware of this system was completed by Linux operating system with the frame of SAMSUNGs S3C2440 microprocessor. After extracting the sounds volume and tonality by dealing with the music signal in advance, the musical fountains spraying height, light and shape of water were controlled efficiently by embedded system.
