Scattering characteristics are studied of inhomogeneous cylinders immersed in an absorbing medium illuminated normally by plane waves. Scattering and extinction cross sections are derived, and the efficient algorithm is presented. Scattering matrix is simulated and discussed.

In order to improve the power quality of distribution network system, one of the most effective methods is reactive power compensation. In this paper, the Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator for reactive power compensation was studied, and then the digital controller based on One-cycle control was designed. The waveforms of experimental device based on DSTATCOM of one-cycle control were given in this paper. It can be seen from the results that the fluctuation of DC capacitor voltage is lower, the dynamic response speed of DSTATCOM providing or absorbing reactive power is fast, and the accuracy of steady-state compensation can achieve the requirements of reactive power compensation in engineering basically
为了提高配电网系统的电能质量,对无功功率进行精确补偿是非常有效的方法之一;本文研究了配电网静止同步补偿器用于无功补偿,并设计了单周控制的数字控制器;文中给出了基于单周控制的DSTATCOM无功补偿试验装置工作过程中的波形曲线,从试验结果可见,本文设计的单周控制DSTATCOM无功补偿装置的直流侧电容电压在工作过程中波动较小,装置发出或者吸收无功功率的动态响应速度较快,稳态补偿精度基本能够达到工程中无功补偿的要求。

With the establishmentof the equivalent medium model, RTM-DRE was applied to study radiative transfer intransparent medium with scattering particles. By taking into account of absorption andscatter of particles, absorption of binder and reflection of interface, the apparent spectrumabsorption model of thermal control coatings was developed by RTM-DRE combined withMies theory. Validity, computational error and time of the model were validated andanalyzed. Furthermore, the apparent spectrum absorption characteristics of thermal controlcoatings were studied, and the influences of optical characteristics of binder and particles,volume fraction of particles, particles diameter, characteristics of interface, and incidentangle of irradiance were analyzed.
采用RTM-DRE研究热控涂层内辐射传递,结合Mie氏散射理论,考虑粒子吸收与散射、基料吸收、界面反射等因素影响,建立热控涂层表观光谱吸收率计算模型,验证计算模型的正确性,分析计算模型的计算误差与计算时间;在此基础上,通过计算热控涂层表观光谱吸收率来研究热控涂层表观光谱吸收特性,分析基料与粒子光学特性、粒子体积份额、粒径、界面反射特性、辐射能量入射角等因素的影响,初步研究空间环境因素对热控涂层表观光谱吸收特性的影响,采用系统灵敏度理论定量分析热控涂层表观光谱吸收特性变化对卫星温度的影响。
