Methods: Between November 2003 and December 2005, 67 patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (34 patients, group A) and open radical nephrectomy (33 patients, group B). Operating time, blond loss, amount of postoperative drainage, time to ambulation, recovery of intestinal function after operation, the postoperative hospital stay, use of antalgesic and transfusion blood and plasma were compared between group A and group B, retrospectively. Results: In group A, the operations of 31 patients were successful and 3 cases failed, then conversed to open surgery. Firstly, one case were not decented the prerenal fascia and the other two cases occurred complications, one case was due to injurying genital gland vein, with blood loss of 500m1, another fatty renal capsula was too thick to explose the renal pedicle. The operations of group B were all successful, only one case was died of intracerebral hemorrhage after two monthes.

回顾性分析和比较后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术(Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy， RLRN)34例与开放性肾癌根治性切除术(Open radical nephrectomy， ORN)33例，比较两种方法的手术时间、术中出血、术后引流、术后最早下床活动时间、肠功能恢复情况、术后住院时间、术后镇痛剂使用量、术中术后输血、血浆量、术后随访时间及手术效果结果：A组中1例因最初对解剖结构难于辨认，无法分离肾前筋膜至肾门而改行开放手术，1例因损伤精索静脉出血难以控制而改行开放手术，1例因肾周脂肪过多，无法将肾脏掀起显露肾蒂而行开放手术，31例手术成功。B组手术均获成功，1例术后2个月因大面积脑出血死亡，余均无瘤生存。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the effect of two kinds of nursing methods of male urinary incontinence patients to urinary tract infection and patient's comfortable influence of degree.methods 80 masculine urine incontinence patients in our hospital with voluntary will were chose,and divided them into the observation group and the comparison group,with 40 examples each.the observation group used bt-ⅰ high level chamber pot,the comparison group used the catheter.compared with 2 groups after nursing of the 3rd,7th,10th,14th day-long urethral meatus bacilliculture,the severance urine bacilliculture result and the urine road junction partial symptom.results compared the results of urine road and severance urine bacilliculture,and the urine road junction partial symptom of two groups,the observation group masculine positive rate was obviously lower than the comparison group,the difference had statistics significance（p.05）.conclusion using bt-ⅰ chamber pot can effectively enhance the nursing effect of the masculine urine incontinence patients'perineum and periphery skin,enhance the patients' degree of comfort.

目的 探讨男性尿失禁患者两种护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法本着患者及家属自愿选择的原则将入住我院的男性尿失禁患者80名分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组利用bt-ⅰ型高级透气接尿器，对照组采用留置导尿管，比较两组护理后第3、7、10、14天的尿道口的细菌培养结果及尿道口的局部症状。结果两组患者尿道口培养结果及尿道口局部不良症状比较，观察组阳性率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论使用bt-ⅰ型接尿器可有效提高男性尿失禁患者会阴及周围皮肤的护理效果，提高患者的舒适度。

Results As compared to DM control group, levels of GSP, myocardial enzymes and myocardial Ang Ⅱ were much lower in APS group, while levels of insulin, C-peptide and plasma Ang Ⅱ were the same. Levels of expression of collagen Ⅰ and the ratio of collagen Ⅰ/collagen Ⅲ in APS group were lower than those in DM group. APS group showed lower levels of chymase mRNA expression and activity than those in DM control group, while there was no diference in ACE mRNA expression and activity between the two groups.
