This article takes the Marxism Humanics and Western Stimulation theory as its foundation stone .It also takes the Marxism Humanics as its guide thought and philosophical foundation which constitute the Stimulation Management Mode . Through reflecting on the traditional Stimulation Mode and studying the logical foundation of stimulation of teachers in elementary and middle schools ,we deeply reflect on the Tradition Stimulation Mode and its thought and attribute the problem of stimulation strategy to the loss of the humanity and the pinch of the value pursuit .From the reality of Chinese culture and modern school culture .we use the essential thought in the Western Stimulation Theory for reference and set a definition on Stimulation from the philosophical view ,that is ,the subject takes the corresponding stimulation mode according to the understanding of the stimulated object needs ,acts on the motivation ,purpose and action of the stimulated and consequently satisfy the purpose of the subject .

本文以马克思人学理论和西方激励理论为理论基石，以马克思人学思想作为建构激励管理模式的指导思想和哲学基础，通过对传统激励模式的反思，通过对中小学教师激励的逻辑基础的研究和外在因素的研究，对传统教师激励模式及思想做深刻反思，将传统中小学教师激励策略问题归结为人文性的缺失和价值追求的匮乏，并从中国文化、现代学校文化实际出发，借鉴西方激励理论中的精华思想，从哲学的视角定义了激励的内涵是行为主体根据对激励对象需要的理解而采取的相应的刺激方式，作用于被激励对象的动机、目的、行为，从而满足行为主体的目的。

The results are as follows.(1) Long train electrical stimulation at the dMNF facilitated myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle.(2) Short train electrical stimulation of dMNF, when delivered in the inspiratory phase, caused prolongation of myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle; but when delivered in the expiratory phase, myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle were shortened.(3) Long train electrical stimulation at the vMNF inhibited myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle.(4) Short train electrical stimulation of vMNF caused shortening of myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle, when delivered in the inspiratory phase, but a prolongation when delivered in the expiratory phase.(5) The effects of microinjection of glutamate to dMNF and vMNF were similar to those of electrical stimulation.

结果如下：(1)长串电脉冲刺激dMNF引起颏舌肌和膈肌肌电活动明显增强；(2)短串电脉冲刺激dMNF，当刺激落位于吸气相时，引起颏舌肌和膈肌在吸气相的肌电活动延长，当刺激落位于呼气相时，引起颏舌肌和膈肌在呼气相的肌电活动提前终止；(3)长串电脉冲刺激vMNF使颏舌肌和膈肌肌电活动明显被抑制；(4)短串电脉冲刺激vMNF，当刺激落位于吸气相时，引起颏舌肌和膈肌在吸气相的肌电活动提前终止，当刺激落位于呼气相时，引起颏舌肌和膈肌在呼气相的肌电活动延长；(5)在dMNF和vMNF分别微量注射谷氨酸钠，其效应与电刺激结果基本一致。

RESULTS: Both resting B cells and T cells did not express PD-L1 on their surface, however PD-L1 expression was significantly up-regulated on the surface of the activated B cells after 6 h stimulation with LPS or pokeweed mitogen, and the percentages of B cells that expressed PD-L1 reached a plateau at 24 h, which were (46.26±10.71)% with LPS and (43.67±6.14)% with PWM stimulation, respectively. No markedly change of PD-L1 expression on the surface of the activated T cells after stimulation with LPS was observed, but upregulation of PD-L1 expression was observed when stimulation with PWM.

结果： 静息B细胞和T细胞表面不表达PD-L1，LPS和PWM刺激6 h后表达PD-L1的B细胞百分率均显著高于静息B细胞，24 h达到最高，分别为(46.26±10.71)%和(43.67±6.14)%，之后随时间延长而降低；表达PD-L1的T细胞百分率在LPS刺激下无显著变化，但PWM刺激6 h后百分率明显高于静息条件，24 h达到最高，为(25.42±9.23)%，之后下降。

Sustained AF could be induced easily in all dogs during vagal nerve stimulation in vivo both before and after isolation of all PVs with encircling lesions created by a bipolar radiofrequency ablation clamp device. PV elimination had no effect on atrial effective refractory period or its responses to cholinergic stimulation. Autonomic ganglia were identified by bradycardic and/or tachycardic responses to high-frequency subthreshold local stimulation. Ablation of the autonomic ganglia overlying all PV ostia suppressed the effective refractory period-abbreviating and AF-promoting effects of cervical vagal stimulation, whereas ablation of only left- or right-sided PV ostial ganglia failed to suppress AF.

无论是在双极环状消融所有PV之前或之后，在体刺激颈迷走神经节过程中持续性房颤在所有犬均能轻易被诱导出，PV切除对心房肌的有效不应期或对胆碱的反应均没有影响，通过对高频的域下刺激发生快速或慢速反应来鉴定自主神经节，消融叠加于PV口部的自主神经节能抑制有效不应期的缩短、和刺激颈迷走神经诱发的房颤促进作用，而仅消融左或右侧PV口部的自主神经节却不能抑制房颤。
