We chose 30 type milli-needle as tools after routine sterilization. Usually we pick levelly 0.5-0.8 inch at Baihui, 1. 5 inch at Jiaji, 1-1. 5 inch inclinedly to the nose tip at Fengchi, 1-1. 5 inch inclined at Jianjin, 1-1. 5 inch at Shousanli. After obtaining gas by rotating method, we used moxibustion at Baihui by lighting the moxa strip, and put the acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutic instrument (made in shanghai, G6805-Ⅰ) at other acupuncture points. We chose thin and dense wave and adjust the current strength according to endurance of the patients, and 20 minutes each time, one time every other day, 15 times a course.

操作：患者俯卧位或坐位，选30号毫针，常规消毒，管筒进针，进针后百会穴平刺0.5～0.8寸，夹脊穴直刺1.5寸，风池穴针尖微下，向鼻尖斜刺1～1.5寸，肩井斜刺1～1.5寸，手三里直刺1～1.5寸，行捻转法得气后，将艾条点燃后于百会穴上行温和灸，其余各穴接上海产G6805-Ⅰ型针灸治疗仪，用疏密波，电流强度以病人能耐受为度（其中风池穴的电流强度以偏小为宜），每次20分钟。

摘 要］目的：探讨在腹腔镜下使用pk刀行子宫次全切除术配合的方法。方法：对97例使用pk刀在腹腔镜下行子宫次全切除术配合进行总结，主要是检查测试仪器功能，按操作程序密切配合手术，术后正确彻底的清洗、保养、消毒与灭菌。结果：在腹腔镜下应用pk刀切除子宫，出血量明显减少，组织损伤小，97例的手术中除1例粘连严重中转开腹外，其余手术均顺利完成，无并发症发生。结论：护士加强对pk刀的应用学习，正确掌握操作规程和灭菌方法，以及娴熟的腹腔镜配合技术是手术顺利进行的有力保证。［关键词］腹腔镜；pk刀；子宫次全切除术；护理配合

Methods:during the year 2003 to 2006,3298 patients with vaginal delivery received 2 kinds of skin preparations.retrospective study was conducted to investigate the effect of skin preparation methods on the healing of mediolateral episiotomy.rerults:there was no different effect on the wound healing of mediolateral episiotomy between the 2 kinds of skin preparation.conclusions:non-shaving method has no adverse effect on the sterilization of operation field in vaginal delivery.moreover it can save the time of nuring,lower the costs,ease the uncomfortable feeling .therefore,we consider the non-shaving method has advantage over the shaving one.the former is simple and effective which is an ideal way to simplify nursery procedure and spare nursery resource.

收集我院2003年至2006年间共3298例阴道分娩的产妇采用两种不同的备皮方法，观察两种备皮方法对会阴侧切伤口的影响进行回顾性对比分析。结果：两种备皮方法对会阴侧切伤口的愈合影响无明显差异。结论：不剃毛的会阴备皮方法对阴道分娩的手术野消毒无不良影响，并且能够节省护理操作时间、降低产妇费用、减轻产妇不适，所以不剃毛的备皮方法优于剃毛的备皮方法，不剃毛的备皮方式简单而有效，是简化护理工作程序及节省护理人力资源的理想办法。
