According to the method of checkout and identification complying with laboratory quality control rules, we made the calibration tests on CEMS smokemeter. After the linear regression analysis of test results, we verified the correlation coefficient was more than 0.99 between FW56-1 smokemeter, which was made by ABB, Germany, and TH-880IV smokemeter, so the high measurement accuracy was confirmed. Moreover, with less than 90% stained space of lens, this instrument can still work accurately, so the probe has big pollution tolerance. It can totally meet the request of pollution online monitoring.

There are five important soft sensor models of moisture have been established in this paper: the moisture model of The Recursive Least Square based on Lethe gene, the moisture model of Principal Component Regression , the moisture model of Partial Least Square, the moisture model of BP Nerve Network, the moisture model based on PLS—BP. All of these soft sensor models of moisture are systematically analysed by using Compound Correlative Coefficient. The factors which influence control of moisture are discussed on detail in this paper.
