Then the experimental rats were treated with posthepatic manipulative bleeding or IH-VC manipulative bleeding at 10 min after reperfusion. RESULTS: MDA concentration in SH-VC elevated obviously with time and peaked at 10 min after reperfusion. Results:Balloon of Foley catheter were used to stop bleeding in these patients. The volume of bleeding was varied from 800 ml to 1700 ml. Foley urethral catheter was pulled out 4 days after the operation in 3 cases, 5 days in 1 cases and 6 days in 2 cases, with no more presacral bleeding.
