Results:Wound healing rate in group A was higher than that in group B and the wound healing time was 1～3 days earlier in group A.More active proliferation of epidermic cells around wounds showed in group A.The function of fibroblasts in wounds,collagen synthesis and secretion,were more vigorous in group A than those in group B.

For those in control group (n=14), the animals did not undergo any surgery of the nerve fibers and ganglia. SCS was performed on rats and CBF was monitored by laser Doppler flowmeter recordings.

目的 观察五脏养阴汤治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将符合中医诊断标准的120例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予自拟五脏养阴汤（由黄精、麦冬、白芍、生地、玉竹、五味子、花粉、丹皮等药物组成），对照组给予更年安治疗，疗程1个月。观察治疗前后两组疗效、症状积分及fsh、e2变化情况。结果治愈率治疗组10.0％，对照组2.5％；总有效率治疗组93.7％，对照组82.5％。两组治愈率及总有效率比较，差异均有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论自拟五脏养阴汤治疗更年期综合征有较好的疗效。

Administration of methotrexate to rats caused severe enterocolitis with 66. 7% and 16. 7% mortality within 72 hours in the first group and the second group (2% Gln), respectively. Results The result in 4 weeks showed that the laying rate of trial group and control group was 83.86%and 69.96% respectively; broken egg rate and malformed egg rate of trial group were 1.28% and 4.33%, that of control group was 1.69% and 1.19%; total egg number and hatchable egg number of trial hen were more than that of control hen 3.89 and 3.26 respectively ; average egg weight was not affected. E2 level in blood of trial group was higher than control group.

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。

Methods: Thirty male SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, group A 3 days after L5 VRT, group B 7 days, group C 14 days, group D 21 days and group E of sham operation, whose left spine cords were exposed by hemilaminectomy.
