In this experiment the seven tea varieties were dealt with the drought in the planting base of Tea Research Institute of Chongqing .The activity of SOD,POD and the quantity of ?OH were mensurated in the tea mature leaf, and the contrastive and dynamic analyse were carried .It is clear that the changers of activity of SOD,POD have a trend of first increase and following decrease in drought stress.
