研究对象来源为北部一所医学中心及一所区域教学医院之胸腔内科及肿瘤科病房，以立意取样方式收集147位肺癌病人，采用相关性及横断式之研究设计，研究工具包括「基本资料问卷」、「台湾版简明疲惫量表」、「医院焦虑忧郁量表」、「匹兹堡睡眠品质量表」等四部分，资料分析包括描述性统计分析、t-test、单因子变异数分析、皮尔森相关、多元回归分析等。
