The dissertation consists of three parts: firstly, the purpose 、 significance and the methods of the papers were demonstrated;and then, after researching in the traditional Chinese art and modern architecture with analogizing、 deducting research methods, this paper raise the theoretical basis of expressing "Architectural Conception" in the public building entrance space base on confining the concept . Finally, based on the former study, to the basic concepts to the creation of artistic conception in entrance space as a guide, this thesis focus on how to use the public building entrance spaces constituent elements to create space artistic conception, and analysis the methods of artistic conception creation in the entrance space of different types of construction simplify. This paper could be regarded as a reference of the research and practical operation on the theory of public building entrance space design, at the same time, a more humanity entrance circumstance for people could be provided.

全文共分三大部分：首先对论文研究的目的、意义、方法等进行了阐述；其次在对论文的相关概念进行界定后，运用类比、演绎的写作方法，在对中国传统艺术及现代建筑中意境的创造进行了借鉴研究后，进一步提出了公共建筑入口空间之&建筑意&表达的理论基础；最后在前文研究的基础上，以入口空间意境创造的基本观点为思想指导，重点阐述了如何运用公共建筑入口空间的构成要素来营造空间意境，并简单分析了不同建筑类型中入口空间意境营造的方法，期望在为公共建筑入口空间设计理论的研究和实际运作提供参考的同时，能为人们营造一个更加人性化的空间环境。

This article has selected three methods of weight calculation: single item index method of weight; synthesis index method of weight; entropy method of weight After the expatiation of theories and means, we analyzed example by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method baaed on these three kinds of methods of weight calculation, and then came to the conclusion through contrast: the first method is very sensitive to superscale; the other two methods, which consider more factors' influence, can generally reflect the real status of water quality, and the results are consistent and relatively better.

现选取了单项评价指标权重法、综合权重法以及熵权法三种不同的权重计算法，分别详述了其计算原理和方法，并在基于这三种权重计算法的基础上采用模糊综合评判法对实例进行分析，最终通过对比得出结论：基于单项评价指标权重法的模糊综合评判法对单个超标因子比较敏感；基于综合权重法和熵权法的模糊综合评判法则综合考虑了各个指标因子对评价结果的影响，能够较全面的反映水质的实际情况，评价结果几乎一致，且相对较好。

The process features and shape features of the electronic part are classified and defined, and then the feature model library is built, which enables rapid input of the part information. The rules and methods of stamping process design are summarized to build the stamping process library, so that the stamping process can be designed rapidly and intelligently. Furtherly, the process design rules and methods in process station layout of multi-station progressive die as well as the methods of decompounding and compounding process and the expression method of the process station layout are concluded and summarized, and then the rule library and case library of process station layout are built. Designing the process station layout rapidly is carried out based on rules and cases. At last the rapid design function of process station layout is validated through simulating the rapid designing layout system of multi-station progressive die on Pro/E 3D platform.

主要研究成果有：对电子产品冲压件的工艺特征与形状特征进行了分类和定义，建立了特征模型库，实现了冲压件信息的快速输入；归纳了冲压工艺设计规则和方法，建立了冲压工艺知识库，实现了冲压工艺快速与智能化设计；归纳总结了多工位级进模工步排样中的工序设计原则和方法，工序分解与工序组合方法，工步排样知识的表示方法，建立了工步排样规则库和实例库，利用基于规则和实例的推理方法，实现了工步排样的快速设计；在Pro/E三维软件平台上开发了电子产品多工位级进模工步排样快速设计系统，系统通过实例验证了工步排样的快速设计功能。

The article adopts "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method and other two traditional emendation methods in emendation calculating on several group test results. The tests are : simulating test in artificial climate room on 110kV substation equipment of Yangbajing, Lasa and Yanghu by Xi"an High Voltage Lab; power frequency voltage discharge test of ZS-110 by Yunnan provincial electrical research academy. It compares and analyses the equipment test voltage emendated to standard atmosphere conditions with the equipment nominal withstanding voltage. And then it concluded that: the emendation value educed by "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method is basically equal or close to the equipment nominal withstanding voltage; but the values by two traditional emendation methods are mostly higher.It also proves that,"humidity ratio integrated emendation method is more perfect than any other methods, and it can reflect the influence degree of atmospheric parameters on electrical equipment outer insulation discharge voltage actually. The method should be spread in designing high elevation power projects.

文中选择&比湿&综合校正法和两种传统校正法，分别对西高所为羊八井、拉萨、羊湖110kV变电所设备所做的人工气候室模拟试验数据及云南中试所做的ZS-110工频放电电压试验数据进行校正计算，将试验电压的校正值与试验设备的标称耐受电压水平进行比较分析；认为：&比湿&综合校正法的校正值与设备耐受电压水平基本相等或接近，而两传统校正法的校正值大多高于设备耐受电压水平；进一步证明，&比湿&综合校正法是目前诸多校正法中较为完善的，能真实地反映大气参数对电气设备外绝缘放电电压的影响程度的校正法，在高海拔电力工程设计中应推广应用。
