The experiment and the research indicate that:(1) Through the Hot-Continuous-Rolling production technics under small reduction ratio of 4.04 and 5.08, the rectangular continuous-casting billet of 235×265mm can be used to produce big size steel stick of Φ140mm and Φ 125mm whose macrostructure and mechanical properties meet the standards, this technics is viable;(2) This rolling technics can make the deformation penetrate to the center of the billet by low temperture and low velocity and big roller diameter and large reduction quantity at every pass and optimum design and arrangement of rollers, which is the key of Hot-Continuous-Rolling technics under small reduction ratio;(3) The sending technics used in Xining Special Steel Co.,Ltd can not use waste-heat of billet adequately, but the sensitive temperature section of A1N or sulphides or inclusions separating out is avoided, creating a favorablecondition for insuring good surface quality of final rolled steel;(4) The Hot-Continuous-Rolling technics under small reduction ratio has a close relationship with the billet quality control and the hot sending process control and the cooling control after rolling.

In other sets, the pH of silver/cobalt nano composite fluid was 7, surface potential was 21.21mV; the pH for silver/nickel nano composite fluid was 6.5, surface potential was 21.04mV; the pH for copper/iron nano composite fluid was 7, surface potential was -30mV. The fluid particles of the three sets could all maintain suspension of 2 weeks or more. For thermal conduction, the silver/nickel, nano composite fluid showed the best thermal conduction. Under temperature of 30℃ fluid weight conduction of 0.4%, the thermal conduction increase was 26%. For magnetic detection, except for silver/iron nano composite fluid, the nano particles of other three sets were paramagnetic, and all four sets were soft magnetic nano composite materials.

This study uses the soil parameter reduction coefficients to model the seismic pile responses affected by liquefied soils. One dimensional wave equation analyses were conducted for the solutions. Based on the bore-hole data and nearby seismic record, the soil parameter reduction coefficients of liquefied layers can be obtained through a pre-analysis for liquefaction potential of the site. The reduction coefficients were used to reduce the soil modulus for liquefied soils, and the lumped mass analysis is performed to obtain the free-field response of the site. The ground deformations are superimposed onto the pile elements for discrete wave equation analysis, and the non-linear pile responses can be simulated through the modified Bouc-Wen model. Thus the deformations and failure mechanism of the pile are able to investigate.

We fit the anisotropic interaction potential based on the Murrell-Sorbie potential function for He-HCl system by applying the interaction energy data, which are calculated at the theoretical level of the single and double excitation coupled-cluster method with noniteractive perturbation treatment of triple excitation CCSD. The new potential model is compared with other potential models. The differential scattering cross sections for collisions between He atoms and HCl molecules are calculated by using CC (Close-Coupling) method. Furthermore, the changing regularity of the inelastic differential scattering cross sections is summed up.
