By the investigation of present situation, it is trying hard to find the reasons that cause this situation. And it discusses how to carry out an effective teaching method that called comment on reading inner Chinese teaching. That method advocates multiple reading and pays attention to the interaction during the process of comment reading. These ways have the aim of stimulating students' interest on reading. As teachers, we are trying to change the disadvantages in reading teaching process through fairish teaching strategies, and helping students to have well lifelong reading habits. Only do those things, the efficiency of teaching will enhance and the missions of reading teaching will genuine completeness at last.

本文力图从教学实际出发，分析常见的阅读教学方法，通过对现状的调查，努力寻找造成这种现状的原因，并研究在高中语文课内教学中如何实施评点阅读法这一有效的、适用于合作探索型课堂模式的教学方法，倡导多元解读，重视评点阅读过程中各方互动，同时也探究如何避免评点阅读法的一些不足之处，扬其长，避其短，从而激发学生阅读兴趣，通过适当的教育教学策略，努力改变阅读教学中存在的弊端，帮助学生养成良好的终身阅读习惯，提高阅读教学的效率，真正完成阅读教学的使命。

The author discovered in the exploration, firstly, in Zhu Xi"s reading view both pays great attention the reader to text"s assurance, causes the reader as not to be separated from the text so as to do surpasses the text threshold the understanding, and pays great attention the reader individual experiences seepage to the influence of the reading result which causes the reader not only book not on only, displays the reader individuality fully; Next, Zhu Xi's opinions pays attention to the familiarity with fine thinking, thought that is familiar with fine thinking is the understanding foundation, thinking in reading, reading in thinking, can have a feeling to become aware, also pays great attention to fulfilling experience, thought that the reader wants to experience attentively at the same time, pursues internal conjunction of the reader's and the author's mind, pursues a kind of communication of mind, on the other hand we must use the practice to experience, and to pursue the reader's reading result and the life exchange, only then such reading result can penetrate thoroughly; Finally, Zhu Xi's view also pays great attention the knowledge that soaks thoroughly the penetration. It is thought that the reader must proceed in an orderly way, neither anxiously nor slow, work carefully and make steady progress from the easy to the difficult, and using analogy to make the knowledge interpenetration, learn with a lively mind, and increase reader's ability for the next reading .

在探索中笔者发现，首先，朱熹的阅读观中既注重读者对文本本身的把握，使读者不至于脱离文本做超出文本阈限的理解，又注重读者个性经验的渗透对阅读结果的影响，使读者不唯书不唯上，充分发挥读者个性；其次，朱熹阅读观还注重熟读精思的重要性，认为熟读精思是理解的基础，在读中思，于思中读，才能有所感悟，又注重体验践行，认为读者一方面要用心体验，追求读者与作者心灵内部的契合，追求一种心灵的对话，另一方面要用实践去体验，追求读者阅读结果与生活之间的交流融通，只有这样的阅读结果才能深入透彻；最后，朱熹阅读观还注重知识的浃洽贯通，认为读者读书要循序渐进，不急不缓，由易到难一步一个脚印去做，并运用类推的方法使知识相互贯通，活学活用，使读者的下次阅读受益。

Three hundred and twenty-four crossbred (Landrace×Yorkshine) barrows with average body weight of 27 kg were randomly assigned to 6 dietary groups: group Ⅰ(chlorotetracycline group, added 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline in basal diet); group Ⅱ(origanum oil group, added 20 mg/kg oreganum oil in basal diet); group Ⅲ(probiotics group, added 1.5 g/kg probiotics in basal diet); group Ⅳ(nutrient enhancement group, elevated dietary vitamin E, vitamin B family and micro elements Zn, Mn, I); group Ⅴ(origanum oil+nutrient enhancement group); group Ⅵ(probiotics+nutrient enhancement group).

试验选用平均体重27 kg，健康长×大杂交阉公猪324头，随机分为6组：Ⅰ组（金霉素组，在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg金霉素）、Ⅱ组（牛至油组，在基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg牛至油）、Ⅲ组（益生素组，在基础日粮中添加1.5 g/kg益生素）、Ⅳ组（营养调控组，提高日粮中维生素E和B族维生素、微量元素Zn、Mn和I水平）、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组。

The three groups were loaded and analyzed under the same loading according to the mean value of the bite force of incisors. RESULTS:(1)The maximum stress of dentin in group A was twice higher than that in group B. The maximum primary stress, minimum primary stress and maximum shear stress of group A were respectively 236.35, 228.83 and 218.05 percent of those in group B. The difference of maximum stress values of group B and group C was neglectable.(2) The maximum stress distribution of dentin in group A and group B was quite different (the stress was concentrated in labial and lingual side of the cervical dentin in group A, otherwise in group B it was concentrated in the area around the alveolar and the labial and lingual side of the dentin which was opposite to the tip of the cast metal post and core). The maximum stress distribution of dentin in group A and group B was almost the same.

结果：(1)从牙本质的应力大小来看，A组中牙本质最大应力值比B组中牙本质最大应力值增大了1倍以上（最大主应力、最小主应力和最大剪切应力A组分别是B组的236.35%、228.83%和218.05%），而B组与C组的牙本质最大应力值相差极小；(2)从牙本质的应力分布位置来看，A组与B组的牙本质最大应力分布位置相差甚远（A组主要集中在牙颈部唇舌侧肩台部的牙本质上，B组主要集中于牙槽嵴顶附近及铸造桩核尾端相对应的唇舌侧的牙本质上），而B组与C组的牙本质最大应力分布几乎在同一位置。

Results l.Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in PIH (93.39 + 57.3)ug/ml were higher than that in normal pregnant group. Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in moderate(97.89 + 34.07)ug/ml and severe PIH(132.24 + 60.97)ug/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group.(P.05, P.01). There was no difference between serum levels of VCAM-1 mild PIH and normal pregnant group. 2.Serum levels of IL-6 in PIH group(102.17 ?48. 31)pg/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group(49.16 + 12.9)pg/ml.Serum levels of IL-6 in moderate(95.79+31.19)pg/ml and severe PIH( 127.27+11.3 8)pg,ml were significantly higher than that in normal group. There was no difference between serum levels of PIH in mild PIH (52.13 + 12.90)pg/ml and normal pregnant group. 3. In PIH group, serum concentrations of VCAM-1 correlate with the levels of IL-6,r=0.63. 4.The expression of VCAM-1 in cytotrophoblast of spiral arteries in normal pregnant group(100%) were significantly higher than that in PIH group.Theexpression of VCAM-1 in moderate PIH(37.50%) and sever PIH were lower than that in normal group.There was no difference between the mild PIH and normal group.Conclusions The increased levels of serum of VCAM-1 may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH.

结果 1、妊高征组血清VCAM-1浓度为(93.39±57.3)μg／ml明显高于正常妊娠组(44.87±15.60)μg／ml，差别有显著性(P＜0.05)；中、重度妊高征组VCAM-1浓度分别为(97.89±34.07)μg／ml和(132.24±60.97)μg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(p＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组VCAH-1为(48.46±15.60)μg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。2、妊高征组血清IL-6含量为(102.17±48.31)pg／ml，明显高于正常妊娠组(49.16+12.9)pg／ml，差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)；中、重度妊高征组IL-6含量分别(95.79±31.19)pg／ml和(127.27±11.38)pg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组IL-6含量为(52.13±12.90)pg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。3、VCAM-1与IL-6水平呈明显正相关，r=0.63(P＜0.01)。4、子宫胎盘床螺旋动脉滋养细胞VCAM-1表达，正常妊娠组都存在阳性表达(阳性表达率100％)，妊高征组有10例阳性表达阳性表达率为叩们，差别有非常显著性河＜0.01L 中、重度妊高征组阳性表达率分别为37、50％和0，与正常妊娠组比较，差别有显著性河＜0.05）和非常显著性汀＜0.01太轻度妊高征组阳性表达率为83.33凡与正常妊娠组差别无显著性问＞0.05）。

All the indexes were tested in 2 -. 4 .. 6 weeks of operative intervals respectively. Results:(1) The general observation in the experimental group ,such as spirit, hair, body weight and activity ,was superior to that in the control group.(2) The recovery rate of sciatic nerve functional index (SF1) was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group .(3) electrophysciological indexes: m the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon, thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organell a and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在木后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓种经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照纽。

Result The inhibitory effect on pulmonary metastasis of transplanted tumor were 46.36%, 32.73%, 18.2% in the Runing granule preparation group, warming kidney group, dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group respectively. There wasn＇t significant difference between Runing granule preparation group and CTX group （50.91%）. The expression of VEGF was dropped in Runing grannie preparation group and dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group. The expression of TIMP-1mRNA was up-regulated in Runing Granule group and warming kidney group. The expression of MMP-9 was dropped in Runing granule preparation group and warming kidney group.

乳宁冲剂组及拆方温肾组、疏肝活血组对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤的肺转移抑制作用分别为46.36％、32.73％、18.2％，乳宁冲剂组作用与CTX组（50.91％）比较无显著差异；而乳宁冲剂组、疏肝活血组均可下调肿瘤VEGF蛋白表达；乳宁冲剂全方、温肾方可明显使TIMP-1mRNA的表达升高，MMP-9表达下降；对MMP-9／TIMP-1蛋白表达比值影响以温肾组下降最明显。

24H treatment group compared with 24h model group: the density of light of HSP70 of the group increased and which of TGF-β〓, is not different with the model group; the density of the light the HSP70 of the Baicalin group increased and which of it the TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Concha Margatitifera Usta is not different and which of TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Cholic Acid group is not different and the density of light of it of TGF-β〓 increased with the model group; the density of light of the Hefang Group is not different and which of TGF-β〓 is not different than the model group.

合方治疗脑缺血12小时组缺血脑组织TGF-β1光密度值较缺血12小时模型组无显著性差异（p＞0.05）。本实验结果发现，与单纯缺血12小时、24小时大鼠相比，药物干预组缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫反应明显增强，计算机辅助图像半定量分析两组间缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫阳性细胞数差异非常显著。说明药物对局灶性脑缺血损伤可能有一定保护作用，其机制可能与诱导脑细胞TGF-β1合成增加有关。然而，药物调控TGF-β1表达，其促TGF-β1表达增强的机制可能是这样的：脑缺血时TGF-β1mRNA表达增加可能与缺氧诱导神经和胶质细胞刺激生长因子表达有关。

METHODS: 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group, asthenic spleen group, high-dosage group and low-dosage group with 10 rats in each group, the asthenic spleen rat models were established in group B, C group as well as group D.
