The quality of commercial Mei-Gin products are different from each other XVI and shows unsatisfied results. however, In future, possibly, HMF can be applied as a bioactive standard marker for quality control of Mei-Gin. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of HMF, we can establish the model of quality control, and find out facilitative, efficient, and representative chemical fingerprint for commercial Mei-Gin products. Standardizng the Mei-Gin product from the same procedure will bestead the market of plum in Taiwan. Not only advancing the economic value of plum, but also accelerating the competitiveness in marketplace. Establishent of quality control model with HMF as a bioactive standard marker will be crucial issue in the future.

目前在台湾，梅产品还没有一个可以判断品质优的标准，市面上的产品品质也是差齐，在品质管制方面一直无法获得人满意的成果，透过HMF 的定性定分析，可确初步品质管制的模式，为梅产品订出一个简有效且具代表性的化学指纹图，使所有同一产程的产品一致化以及标准化，这将对於梅子产业有相当大的助，仅可以提升梅子的经济价值，并且增加在市场上的竞争，因此用HMF 作为Bioactive standard marker，并且为梅产品建起品质管制模式在未将会是相当重要的研究之一。

To overcome the bad effect resulting from the nonlinearity time-variability and uncertainty on autopilot system performance during the motion process of aerodynamics missile, and to further improve the flight quality of missile, the autopilot system and used control method are researched. Firstly the integrant structure of system is discussed; then baaed un introducing the traditional PID method, controllers for missile attitude motion are designed respectively using fuzzy self-turning PID method and neural network self-adaptive PID method; at last a simulation experiment is finished. By comparing the simulation results that the designed controllers have good qualities is showed, and the feasibility and validity of applying fuzzy control and neural network into automatic control of aerodynamics missile is confirmed, and the base that other nonlinear control theory can be combined with the traditional control for missile to further improve the performance of missile control system is established.

In the last chapter,we study the control problems of the distributedparameter system governed by a class of higher order pseudohyperbolicequation related to the symmetric regularized long wave equation.we havediscussed the controllability and optimal control problems.we have obtainedcompatibility condition of the constraint when the state is controllable,therepresentation of the optimal control for both the time optimal control problemand the optimal control problem of minimum energy type,and the equationsatisfied by the minimum time.we have shown that the optimal control belongsto the boundary of the admissible control set.

Results: For CRF rats which made by fed with feedingstuff contains 0.75% of adenine for 4 weeks, the weight of model control group rats were lighter than that of Yi Shen Granule groups rats. The water wastage of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control group rats. Compared urine volume, the ejectable quantity of Na, K, Cl and proteinuria in 12 hours , the data of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control rats. The specific gravity of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was higher than that of model control rats. The numerical value of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH in model control group was lower than that in Yi Shen Granule groups. The content of BUN and Cre in serum of model control groups rats were higher than that of Yi Shen Granule groups. The results of excretion test of phenolsulfonphthalein showed that the RPF of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was larger than that of model control group rats.

结果： 益肾颗粒可以使0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型动物体重增长加快；给药后观察，给药组动物饮水量较少，12小时尿量、12小时钠、氯、尿蛋白排泄总量均显著低于模型组动物，尿液比重值较大；模型组动物的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH等指标的数值较给药组动物的数值小；给药组动物血清中BUN和Cre的含量较低；给药组动物酚红排泄率均高于模型组动物；给药30天，处死各组动物，尸解观察，模型对照组动物肾脏呈灰白色，各给药组动物肾脏表面均出现不同程度的红、白相兼的颗粒状纹理，各组动物肾脏均肿大，切面可见不同程度的腺嘌呤结晶沉积。
