目的 观察鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症的临床疗效。方法采用鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症患者100例，3个月1个疗程，治疗2个疗程，每月查1次精液常规，观察治疗前后精液参数（精液量、液化时间、精子密度、活率及精子形态）的变化及生育情况。结果治愈56例，显效19例，好转16例，无效9例，总有效率91%。治疗前后精液量、精子密度、活率等项指标均有明显改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（p.01）。结论鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症具有良好疗效。

Rats in control group and model group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL/kg. Rats in compound danshen dripping pills group received 0.75% compound danshen dripping pills 10 mL/kg.
