Methods: The coated metallic stents were introduced by direct observation of endoscopy for 30 patients with cancerous esophagotracheal fistula. The all 30 cases of the patients were associated with pulmonary infection,dystrophia and choke before the operation. The success rate of the implantation,complication rate and curative effect were observed after the operation. Results: The first success rate of the patients was 100%. All patients could take food after the operation and the pulmonary infection was also controlled apparently. The median survive time was 10 months.

objective:to explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump cancer.method:the clinic datum of 27 cases with gsc were analyzed retrospectively from june 1989 to june 2004.result: the ratio of gsc was 1.8% in homochronous gastric cancer.in 27 cases,the radical operation was performed for 14(53.5%),palliative operation for 9(34.6%)and pass-procedure for 3(11.5%).the one-year,three-year and five-year postoperative survival rate in radical operation was 85.7%, 50% and 35.7%.

METHODS From January 1998 to February 2001, 4 ml of sodium hyaluronate injection was injected into the knee joint of the 134 cases at the end of arthroscope operation, or the 91 cases undergoing open operation of the knee at the time when the drain tube was removed. Five days after operation, the hydrarthrosis was removed and 2 ml of sodium hyaluronate was injected into the knee joint. According to the patient's condition, injection of sodium hyaluronate was performed once a week for several weeks. Clinical evaluation was made by evaluating pain visual analog scale and painless range of movement of the joint at every definite point of time.
