Abstract］ objective to explore and analyse the value of progressive obstructive jaundice by ct.methods the thesis had collected 48 obstructive jaundice cases which had been confirmed on surgical opertion,pathology and clinic,it included 48 benign obstructive jaundice cases,19 malignant obstructive jaundice cases,which had already been carried out a reriew for its image and clinical datas.results ct had a higher accuracy for the position,noxa and qualitative diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.conclusion ct has a very high clinical application value for obstructive jaundice.
