It includes hardware equipments and foundational theory of the image digitization. This paper expatiates on some digital image processing technologies that the inspecting system may apply to the research and analysis of the collected glass-crack image. Using neighborhood average method and median filter retrains the image noises and make the image edge smooth. Then protract the histogram of the gray image, get the threshold of this image, utilize the threshold method and gray-level slice method to get a binary image, and detect the image edge. Finally calculate the area and perimeter of the glass-crack image, and use the circularity to judge whether this image is a glass-crack image.

The paper focuses on the tetraploidy black locust on Loess plaeatu of West Shanxi province, applys steady state promoter method and image processing technology to study the days transpiration water consumption in different weather ,different seasons and different site conditions,has primary analysis on the impact of environment on the transpiration and carries on the calculation to the tetraploidy locust tree by the single leaf water consumption to the single tree water consumption in CaiJiachuan watershed; Uses fast weighing method to measure and analyze the transpiration water consumption of five different herbs under the tetraploidy black locust forest (Capillary Wormwood,Vanilla,Agropyron Sristatum , Common Sowthistle and Medicago Sativa) in short time, in the same and different growcrop,and calculates the average transpiration water consumption per square metres ;the soil colome weighing method was used for determining diumal variation quantity of soil moisture evaporation, analyzing the dynamic variation and caculating the total quantity of soil evaporation water consumption from May to August ; then 5 kind of suppositions about the types of surface vegetation coverage are proposed in experimented site and the total evapotranspiration water consumption are calculated under 5 suppoitions ,aim at providing preliminary theoretic basis for ascertaining the transpiration water consumption of tetraploidy black locust forest,controling standing forest density and optimizing the forest grass deploy on loess plaeatu of west Shanxi province .
本文以两种不同立地条件下的四倍体刺槐林为研究对象,采用了气孔计法对蔡家川流域生长季内不同天气状况下(典型晴天、阴天和半阴天)四倍体刺槐日蒸腾耗水规律、不同季节(生长季初期、中期和末期)的蒸腾耗水规律、两种不同立地条件下四倍体刺槐蒸腾耗水比较以及影响四倍体刺槐蒸腾耗水的环境因子进行初步研究分析,并对四倍体刺槐由单叶耗水量向单株耗水量进行推算;采用经典快速连续称重法对四倍体刺槐林地生长的主要5种草本植物(白蒿、香青兰、冰草、苦苣和苜蓿)短时段内蒸腾耗水规律、不同生长季内蒸腾耗水规律、同一生长季不同种类草本植物蒸腾耗水量进行了比较分析,并且采用面积与重量比的方法推算出了单位面积四倍体刺槐林地几种主要草本植物平均蒸腾耗水量:采用土柱称重法测定了5月份~8月份土壤水分蒸发昼夜变化量、对试验期内土壤蒸发量动态变化作了分析、推算出了试验地5月份~8月份土壤蒸发耗水总量;对试验地地表植被覆盖类型提出了5种假设,推算出5种假设的情景下蒸散耗水总量,旨在为晋西黄土区四倍体刺槐林蒸腾耗水量的确定、林分密度调控以及林草优化配置等提供初步的理论依据。

This project was established based on the first cooperative development of optical in situ real time detecting technique probing the atomic scale layer-by-layer epitaxy growth of oxide film. Over the last three years, we have given full play to the advantages and characteristics of both sides and have finished the assumptions and plans of this subject satisfactorily. 1. In Institute of Physics, we set up advanced oblique-incidence reflectivity difference equipment and wrote one data acquisition procedure that made the simultaneous detection of optical signal and RHEED signal into reality. 2. The first observation of sustained oscillations over hundreds of monolayers in both real and imaginary signals during the epitaxy growth of SrNb0.1Ti0.9O3 on SrTiO3 substrate in LMBE testifies that oblique-incidence is an excellent method to detect and monitor film epitaxy growth real time. 3. For the first time, we verify that oblique-incidence reflectivity difference method can be used to monitor the layer-by-layer growth mode during continuous growth through the correspondence between optical signals to atomic or molecular step edge density on the growth surface. 4. Phenomenological analysis shows that optical signals comprise three parts, the first is proportional to the average thickness of the film and depends on the bulk phase dielectric response; the second is proportional to the coverage of terraces and depends on the dielectric response of atoms or unit cells in the terrace; the third is proportional to the coverage of step edges and depends on the effective dielectric response of atoms or unit cells at step edges. This makes oblique-incident reflectivity difference technique a quantitative macroscopic method to monitor film growth.

objective to determine the contents of residual acetone in acetoacetic ester,the raw material for the synthesis of edaravone, by gas chromatography.methods sample solution was injected on a gdx column (0.18 mm~0.25 mm) with nitrogen as the carrier gas.the residue was calculated by the external standard method.results the linearity was good over the range of 25 μg/ml~400 μg/ml,with the correlation coefficient of acetone being 0.996 and the average recovery 96.8%.conclusions the method was proved to be simple,rapid,practical and highly sensitive.it is an efficient method for the quality control of acetoacetic ester.
摘要] 目的:用气相色谱法测定依达拉奉合成起始原料乙酰乙酸乙酯中丙酮的残留量。方法:采用固定相为二乙烯苯乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球(直径为0.18 mm~0.25 mm),氮气为载气,用外标法测定乙酰乙酸乙酯中残留丙酮的含量。结果:该方法在丙酮浓度范围在25 μg/ml~400 μg/ml内呈良好的线性关系,响应曲线相关系数为0.996,平均回收率为96.8%。结论:本法简便,快速、实用,灵敏度高,可有效地用于乙酰乙酸乙酯的质量控制。

However, in designing the beamless slabs with equivalent frame method, the stress is an average values along the depth of section, which varies with the normal service state. Compared with the results by finite element method, the results gained by equivalent frame method cannot satisfy the requirement under the normal service state. Therefore, the tendons of beamless slabs should be designed and arranged based on the results of FEM taking account into vertical load and prestressed load.

Results: Within-run CV 、day-to-day CV and total CV were 1.33%、1.42% and 2.01% respectively by iterant test; average recovery rate was 96.6%; anticoag-ulant、septic、uric acid and bilirubin under a certain concentration also did not interfere with the glucose re-sult in this method. Compared with HK method, the pertinence was Y =1.038X-1.172,r =0.994. The linearity studies showed the method was linear up to 20mmol/L.

The algorithm has some problems, such as bias problem, aliasing problem and one problem that affects none-shade part of image and is caused by Gaussian blur. To solve these problems, this paper makes some improvement on the algorithm. Firstly, it uses the Woos average depth principle and PCF algorithm to solving bias problem and aliasing problem; secondly, it designs and implements an effective method to control the range of blur; thirdly, it adapts any size texture to story information. This method for keeping information plays important part on raising realistic graphic; fourthly, it takes use of the technology of programmable graphics hardware and the method of FBO to improve efficiency of algorithm.
