Temporal-spatial evolvement pattern analysis extracts the essential quantity features andtransformation modes of salinized land, and also analyzes patches spatial geometricalparameters scale feature; spatial extending process analysis discusses the change rate andecological modes; landscape feature analysis utilizes landscape graphics indices to describesalinized land microcosmic graphics features and changes.

信息图谱模型为土地盐碱化研究提供了一种谱系化、定量化与定位化相结合的研究方法，本文选取吉林省西部盐碱化典型区域长岭县、镇赉县、大安市作为研究区，以遥感影像为基础数据，在GIS技术支持下，从时空变化、尺度效应、景观特征等多个角度对盐碱化土地进行图形运算、空间分析，通过不拘一格的数字化图形、曲线系列抽象表达出不同维度上的特征与规律，探讨土地盐碱化过程的多维性与复杂性，将盐碱化土地时空特征与景观特征衔接、数学模型与图谱模型结合，以盐碱化土地时空演变基本模式、空间扩展过程和景观特征分析为框架构建盐碱化土地信息图谱模型研究体系，发挥图谱模型数据挖掘、知识发现的特长，将宏观动态变化与微观特征相联系，进一步挖掘土地盐碱化过程与人类活动影响的关系，为探索研究区盐碱化土地成因、过程，预测其未来发展变化趋势及其对环境影响提供相关科学依据。

The first part initiates with the signification of the right of privacy, elucidates the definition of right of privacy and network privacy right, analyses the characteristics of network privacy right that distinguish it from conventional right of privacy; the second part details the current situation of personal privacy violation in the cyberspace and violation modes as well as types; the third part summarizes and compares the network privacy right protection modes and legislation frames of the typically USA and EU law systems;the fourth part depicts and analyses the situation of protection to network privacy right in China;in the last part a proposal on constituting national protection system for network privacy right is presented,i.e.,establish the primarily legal protection, accessorily vocational self-discipline and technology protection mechanism based evenly on interests of the state, users' rights of privacy and industrial revenues.

本文共分五个部分，第一部分从隐私权涵义入手，阐明了隐私权和网络隐私权的定义，分析了网络隐私权区别于传统隐私权的特征；第二部分阐述了目前网络空间中个人隐私权遭受侵害的现状及侵权方式及类型；第三部分对以美国和欧盟为代表的两大体系在网络隐私权保护模式与立法框架上做了总结和比较；第四部分阐述和分析了我国法律对网络隐私权保护的现状；最后在第五部分对构建我国网络隐私权法律保护体系提出了建议：即在兼顾国家利益、用户个人隐私利益和行业利益的基础上建立以法律保护为主，以行业自律和技术保护为辅的保护机制。

The paper aimed at researching the index systems, methodology, and modes of sustainable road transport development evaluation, and established the mathematic modes with several practical indexes such as transport concinnity, road transport resource saving, road environmental and bionomical protection indexes, with which the sustainable development statuses of road development in China are able to individually or comprehensively evaluated.

Based on observation data, the development process of the breach of landslide dams due to over topping may divided into 3 modes: vertical erosion, breadthwise extension and regression erosion of dam slope. A mathematical model describing the gradual failure process of the landslide dams is established based on the formula expressing the high intensity erosion obtained from experimental data, which can integrate the 3 modes of breach development process together. The validity of the model is verified by observation data.

The results showed that the immobilization mode in the presence of N-ethyl-N'-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride rendered the most desirable results. The immobilization efficiencies and immunological reaction activities of immobilized antigen of this mode were improved over the other two modes.
