The diblock copolymer of styrene and chloromethyl-4-vinyl-benzene was obtained by means of reverse addition fragmentation chain transfer reaction living free radical polymerization. The chloromethyl groups in PS-b-PCVB were transformed into azidomethyl groups, and then into 1,2,3-triazol groups via click chemistry. The diblobk copolymer containing 1,2,3-triazol groups was thus obtained. The results from NMR spectra suggested a complete transformation from chloromethyl groups to triazol groups.

Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: acute spinal cord injury groups ( SCI groups, n=20);administration of Ulinastatin (U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour.;administration of Methylprednisolone (M groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour; administration of Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone(M+U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour;Allen's weight drop model of acute spinal cord injury was prepared.

本课题利用Allen重物打击模型，选用SD大鼠80只，随机分为四组：脊髓损伤组(SCI组，n=20)；使用乌司他丁组(乌组，n=20)；使用甲基强的松龙组(甲组，n=20)；乌司他丁+甲基强的松龙联合用药组(乌+甲组，n=20)，所有给药组在脊髓损伤后(半小时、4小时、8小时、24小时、48小时)给药。

The result is as follows:(1) The frequencies of the straight thumb were over 60%,and there were no significant sexual differences in all of 6 groups.(2) The frequencies of the ring-finger-longer were much higher in 6 groups,and there were significant sexual differences in 4 groups.(3) The frequencies of the long-shaped fingernail were the highest in all groups,the squat-shaped were the lowest.(4) The big toes were longer than the second toes in most people of 6 groups,but without significant sexual differences in each groups.(5) There were no significant correlations between 4 characters.

研究表明：（1）6个群体的直型拇指出现率均在60％以上，且均无性别间明显差异；（2）6个群体环指长率均远高于食指长率，有4个群体存在性别间显著差异；（3）各群体均表现出长型指甲最多、方型次之、扁型最少；（4）6个群体均多为拇趾长型，且各群体均无性别间显著差异；（5）4项指标之间无明显相关关系。

QTL Mapping and molecular tagging of resistant genes to TuMV and black rot: The QTLs and their genetic effects of the genes resistant to TuMV and Black rot were mapped and dissected on the basis of the radish molecular genetic linkage map and with the multi-QTL model. It was found that 4 target QTLs intensively locating in LG3 and LG5 linkage groups.
