［目的］探讨下颌管的解剖结构与牙种植的关系［方法］选取15具牙列完整的成人离体下颌骨标本和5具经过动脉血管内灌注的新鲜标本，测量下颌骨在每个牙位截面上有关牙槽嵴及下颌管的相关数据，进行统计学分析［结果］牙槽嵴顶以及下方10mm宽度由前向后逐渐增宽；牙槽嵴由上向下逐渐增宽；下颌管位于下颌骨体内下方走行中偏舌侧，并近下颌骨下缘，在下颌第1，2磨牙区下颌管走行与下颌下缘成平行状，在近颏孔处转向外和向颊侧出颏孔；下颌管内血管位于下牙槽神经之上［结论］牙种植术中按正常解剖部位并且侧重颊侧骨板操作，可避免损伤下牙槽神经；如果术中下颌管内突然涌出大量新鲜血液，则提示若继续手术可能损伤下牙槽神经。

Motheds: to select 336 lomars with pulposis or apicitis from the aged and to devide them into two groups. in group the control group,the illed teeth were given only the root canal therapy. in group the experimental group, according to the difference of every root canal, the unobstructed root canals were treated by root canal therapy. while the obstructed ones were given the root canal resinifying, use two kinds of therapy method together to molais' pathological changes.then their curative effects were observed after two year.

选取336例中老年人患有不可复性牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓钙化、牙内吸收和急、慢性根尖周炎的患牙358颗，随机分为对照组和实验组，对对照组行常规根管治疗，对实验组则根据每个牙齿各根管的不同情况，采用根管-塑化联合治疗，观察2年进行临床评价。

ResultsDistances between pyramidal eminence and chordal eminence and the facial canal were 3.22±0.41mm and 3.59±0.48mm, and length of the tympanic chorda posterior tubules was 9.44±1.65mm. Distances between pyramid segment of the facial canal and chordal eminence, lateral semicircular canal and posterior semicircular canal were 3.34mm±0.42mm, 1.54±0.25mm and 2.15±0.29mm, respectively.

结果颞骨标本解剖观察结果，锥隆起至鼓索隆起的距离（3.22±0.41）mm、锥隆起至面神经管直线距离（3.59±0.48）mm、鼓索后小管的长度（9.44±1.65）mm；面神经管锥曲至鼓索隆起间的距离（3.34±0.42）mm、面神经锥曲至水平半规管距离（1.54±0.25）mm、面神经锥曲至后半规管距离（2.15±0.29）mm。

Results In average:(1)The transverse diameter of the optic canal was (3.57±0.61) mm, the longitudinal diameter was (4.82±0.38) mm, the length of the inner wall was (12.62±2.59) mm, the length of the outer wall was (10.18 ±2.19) mm, and the length of the optic canal was (11.46±2.35) mm. The angle between optic canal and the middle line of the skull was 34.34°±6.48°,the angle between optic canal and the intraorbital optic was 10.69°±6.48°.

结果 ①双侧视神经管径线均值：左右径(3.57±0.61) mm，上下径（4.82±0.38） mm；内侧壁长度（12.62±2.59） mm，外侧壁长度（10.18±2.19） mm，视神经管长度（11.46±2.35） mm；与颅正中线夹角34.34°±6.48°，与眶内段视神经夹角10.69°±6.48°；内侧壁厚度（0.68±0.46） mm。
