Although Taiwan Ministry of Education has integrated netiquette issues in nine-year compulsory curriculum policy in 2004, there are no developed curriculums for school teachers to follow. Therefore, based on "Systematic Instructional Designing Model"and problem-based learning as instructional strategy, this study has develped three netiquette curriculums and evaluated them formatively.
