Abstract] AIM:To investigate the role of nuclear factor κB in the induction of iNOS gene by TNFα and LPS in endothelial cells and the effect of antioxidant on the induction of iNOS. METHODS:Nitrite was determined based on Griess reaction. iNOS mRNA was analyzed using Northern blot. NFκB in the cell nucleole was detected with electrophoretic mobility shift assay.RESULTS:(1)NO production and iNOS mRNA expression induced by LPS and TNFα was blocked by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate or N-acetylcysteine.

The realize method of ITC strategy in FSTP induction generation system is studied. In the third part, Bacon\'s basic and extensive scientific and technological researches are discussed. Regarded to this, the thesis finds that people only paid attention to Bacon\'s view that heat is a motion which Bacon took lots of space in Novum Organum to summarized according to Baconian Induction.

China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation had taken this significative study as a key project for the manufacturing of alternating current machine.
