Focusing on the problems existing in the implementation of polarity crosscorrelation"zero-crossing"algorithm in the practical applications, an improved approach based on HSI (High-Speed-Input channel of MCS8098) is proposed, which makes the circuit much simpler. Experimental results indicate that higher response speed and higher accuracy rating of signal recording can be obtained with the improved approach.

The results showed that:(1) The relative weight gain, special growth rate, feed conversion rate, feed protein efficiency and protein deposition rate were improved significantly (P.05) by supplementing compound acidifier in common carp diet.(2) The protease activities in the liver pancreas, fore and middle intestines increased significantly (P.05) by supplementing 0.3% compound acidifier. The activities of amylase and lipase were improved after the supplementation, but not at significant level.(3) Supplementation of compound acidifier in common carp diet did not significantly affect the fish body protein, lipid, ash, moisture contents, coefficient of fatness and viscerosomatic index.

结果表明：1添加复合酸化剂显著(P.05)提高鲤鱼的相对增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化效率、饲料蛋白质效率以及饲料蛋白质沉积率等生长性能指标；2添加质量分数0.3%的复合酸化剂时，鲤鱼肝胰脏、前肠和中肠的蛋白酶活性显著提高(P.05)，酸化剂组的淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性有升高的趋势，但与对照组差异不显著；3鱼体的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、水分、肥满度及内脏比等品质指标在各组间差异不显著。

Results: In the 120 cases, posterior nasal drip syndrome was found in 47 cases, acidophile bronchitis and cough variability asthma in 32 cases, gastroesophageal reflux diseases in 35 cases, hysteria in 2 cases and unknown cause in 4 cases. After treatment, 98 cases were greatly improved in 3-7days, 106 patients felt obviously improved in 2 weeks, and 106 cases stopped taking medicine 1 week after the symptoms vanished.

The optimal dose ratio of PG major formula was finded out with homogeneous design software UST3.0 and multiple regression: Astragalus root 48g, Rhubarb 15g, peach kernel 1Og, Agrimony 24g.

结果：模型建立成功；中、西药对照组、紫癜颗粒核心方组与原方组小鼠对于免疫法造模所引起的皮肤粘膜紫癜、内脏出血、体重减轻、精神状态差等一般症状均有较好的改善；小鼠的外周血小板计数得到提高；脾脏均重及对血小板的吞噬破坏降低；骨髓巨核细胞分化成熟程度增高，增生活跃度降低，与模型组相比较，均有显著性差异，四个对照组之间无显著性差异，利用均匀设计UST3.0统计软件分析，进行多元逐步回归处理，筛选出紫癜颗粒核心方的最佳剂量配比为黄芪48g，大黄15g，桃仁10g，仙鹤草24g。

Main contributions and achievements are as follows:A general non-equilibrium rigorous model for RDP is developed in this thesis. Based on the pseudo-homogenous assumption, two main factors reaction and separation are de-coupled, and an RDP model with the same format as that for a traditional distillation process is established. To solve the model with a large number of algebraic equations, modified M-K equations with tri-diagonal matrix form are developed based on the improved Separation Efficiency Functions, which greatly increases the iteration efficiency. This thesis also develops a general reactive distillation dynamic model. Through splitting of the differential variables based on SEFS, large-scaled differential algebraic equations can be solved with the improved Gear's algorithm which makes the dynamic model suitable for the on-line application. A simulation platform for the control loop design and evaluation of RDP by introducing control system equations into the dynamic model is also developed.A lactic acid purification pilot-scale RDP is investigated.
