This paper gives some analysis of the working process of the screw compressor with economizer, separates it into three stages: quasi-compression process of the low stage, charge-compression stage, and quasi-compression process of high stage, sets up the mathematical models and its solution of the actual process. The capability increscence of the screw compressor with R717 and R22 after using the economizer has been calculated.

New Zealand white rabbits (3-4 months old, 3-4 kg weight) were the test animals, and they were divided into three groups proceeding in this study. In group A:One PLLA screw and one commercial screw were implanted in the right tibia. Two PLLA screws were implanted in the left. Furthermore, one PLLA bar was implanted in both right and left tibia respectively with onlay model in group B. Also,one PLLA plate was implanted in the left tibia and one commercial plate in the right respectively with onlay model in group C . Abstract］ objective to explore the accuracy and safety of safety drillprepared for cervical pedicle screw trajectory.methods fourteen adult cadaver specimens of cervical spine（c3～c7）with intact structures including ligaments and perivertebral muscles were reserved and used.according to the radiographic measurements,safety drill was inserted into cervical pedicle individually.the evaluation of the drill's trajectory was carried out by ct scan and three-dimension reconstruction and autopsy.results one hundred and forty drill's trajectories were made.9 holes failed with a perforation rate of 6.4%.conclusion the safety drill prepared for cervical pedicle screw hole is safe and effective and can be applied and popularized clinically.

目的 探索安全钻头应用于颈椎弓根螺钉孔道钻探的安全性与准确性。方法随机取14具福尔马林浸泡的成人颈椎标本（c3～c7），保留完整的脊柱三柱结构及相关的韧带和椎旁肌，根据影像学测量的进钉点和进钉方向，模拟颈椎后路手术过程。选用安全钻头，进行实际的颈椎弓根螺钉孔道的钻探，将孔道行ct扫描，并斜位三维重建孔道形态，并以肉眼直视观察结果为金标准，评价孔道钻探的成败。结果钻探孔道准确率89.3%（125/140），穿孔率6.4%（9/140）。结论安全钻头应用于颈椎弓根螺钉孔道钻探的安全性与准确性均较高，可以在临床上推广使用。

The strew length of prefixed point was 41.84 mm, the screw angle with panes lateralis was 69.41°, the screw angle with inferior verticular plane of panes lateralis was 22.67°; the length of postfixed point was 42.28 mm, the angle with panes lateralis was 68.45°, the angle with inferior verticular plane of panes lateralis was 20.79°. Of the 60 nails drilled, two were drilled out of the post facies articularis of calcaneous, the accuracy rate was 97.67%.

Results: It was found that there were 7 cases of screw loosening or breaking in the internal fixation ,1 case of connecting pole loosening or dropping,3 cases of concurrent infection from internal fixators loosening,4 cases of internal fixation screw entering the spinal canal,being driven into the intervertebral space or going through the vertebra body,5 cases of repeated postoperative lumbar pain,2 cases of postoperative pseudoarthrosis formation,3 cases of the height loss of the vertebra body after the internal fixators was taken out.

结果：内固定螺钉松动或断裂7例，内固定系统中的连接杆松动或退出1例，内固定松动合并感染3例，内固定螺钉进入椎管或打入椎间隙者或穿破椎体者4例，术后反复腰痛者5例，术后假关节形成2例，内固定取出后椎体高度丢失3例。

Of the femoral fracture,there were 14 cases of fractures of shafts of femurs and 1 case of supracondylar fracture of femur;11 male, 4 female;7 left cases,8 right cases;1 case complicated with bending of bone plate and screw,6 cases with breakages of plate;1 case with bending of common intramedullary nail,2 cases with breakages of common intramedullary nails,1 case of screw and wire lock fixation complicated with pseudoarticulation formation,4 cases with nonunion of fracture.
