Applying ELISA method to observe the change of IL-2 in serum ,Applying carbon clearance method to test the function of uninuclear phagocyte,took the weight of the spleen and thoracic gland, analyzed the mechanism — efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of GAPSGF.

构建体内动物移植性H_(22)肝癌模型，通过计算抑瘤率与q值来分析药物的体内抗肿瘤活性，判断树舌多糖GF注射液的增效作用；采用瘤组织常规HE染色观察药物作用下的肿瘤细胞形态变化；观察外周血WBC数和体重改变来分析树舌多糖GF注射液对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤的减毒作用；采用ELISA法测定血清IL-2、小鼠碳粒廓清法测定单核吞噬细胞功能、取胸腺与脾脏称重测定脏器指数等以分析树舌多糖GF注射液增效减毒的作用机制。

Results: The majority of the drug addicts were 20-30 years old, male, low-education, unmarried and unemployed people. The main reasons of drug abuse were curiosity and stimulation appetition. Most of them were heroin abusers (95.8%), snorting was the main route adopted (78.3%). All indexes of the QOL-DA were lower than those of the state normal model (P.01). The score of QOL was influenced by his and his mother's education, supports of his family, the years of drug abuse, illness, age, and marriage status.

结果：吸毒者以20~30岁、男性、低文化程度、未婚、无业人员为主要滥用人群，最初吸毒原因主要是寻求刺激或好奇心，吸食毒品以海洛因为主（占95.8%），方式主要为烫吸(78.3%)；该人群生命质量各维度得分明显低于普通人群(P.01)，得分高低受本人文化程度、母亲文化程度、家人支持与否、吸毒年限、是否生病、年龄、婚姻状况等因素影响。
