研究方法一、药物血清的制备：给正常20只Wistar大鼠随机分组，每组5只，采用血清药理学方法，分组给予保肝宁(由黄芪、桃仁、丹参、黄芩、鳖甲、柴胡、白芍、枳实等组成)等剂量煎剂(1.77g／ml)，保肝宁二倍剂量组煎剂(3.54g／ml)，秋水仙碱(0.05g／ml)灌胃7天，正常对照组大鼠给予生理盐水，常规方法制备含药血清及正常大鼠血清。
