Methods: Experimental mice were perfused with different dosages of tetracycline. Eighteen hours later, the serum levels of ALT, AST were measured and the liver tissues were observed by photics microscope to find the relative suitable dosage that can obviously induce acute liver injury. Then the suitable dosage was given in the same way, and the levels of ALT, SOD, MDA, GSH-PS, IL-18 in serum were measured 18, 36, 54, 72 h later respectively. The condition of cell apoptosis was analyzed, and the tissues were observed by photics microscope and electron microscope to find the relative suitable time.

Results 5-FU inhibits growth of Lovo cells; it is found that within a limited dosage and period of time, there has been an obvious increase in apoptosis cells under the photomechanical scope; the analysis of Lovo cells by FCM showed that after the induction of 5-FU, the percentage of apoptosis cells has increased; and FCM also displays dosage and time effects. We aim to identify the therapeutic effect and the criterion of ~(125)I seeds radiant activity selection, optimize the therapeutic regimen, investigate the tissue damage, its' prothetic time and the relationship between time and dosage effect, and approach to provide fundamental theories for ~(125)I seeds clinical using and arrive at the best dosage range of ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy. And it can become a new and effective kind of therapies to be applied for the clinical treatment to mid-advanced stage and recurring liver tumor.

放射性粒子组织间植入是肿瘤治疗的一种新方法，本研究通过动物实验探讨CT导引下瘤体内~(125)I粒子植入治疗，以及~(125)I粒子组织间植入联合经皮乙醇注射综合治疗兔VX_2肝转移癌的疗效及其病理基础，确证~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗肝癌的有效性，确定治疗高度恶性肿瘤的粒子选用标准和最佳治疗方案，同时探索~(125)I粒子在家兔肝脏组织间植入内照射后放射损伤和修复的变化及其时间与剂量效应的关系，提出临床应用~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗的最佳剂量范围，为该疗法在实际应用中合理化治疗方案的取得提供理论依据，并为临床中晚期及复发肝癌的治疗提供一种新颖、有效的手段。

Results For single treatment groups,serum drug concentration of chlorpromazine and clozapine were related to age of patients (P＜0 05),concentration of clozapine was related to dosage (P=0 01).For combination group,concentration of chlorpromazine was related to dosage (P＜0 01),also related to scores of PANSS and general psychopathological symptoms (P=0 01),concentration of clozapine was related to scores of PANSS,negative and general psychopathological symptoms (P＜0 05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that forms and methods of treatment affected concentration of chlorpromazine,age of patients and methods of treatment affected concentration of clozapine.

Through measuring the solubility,stability and hydrolyzation property,the effect of additives on the characteristics of concentrated aqueous reactive blue P-3R was investigated. The results showed that among the four kinds of organic solvents,N-methyl pyrrolidone was the best one and its optimum dosage 10%. Na_ 2 HPO_ 4 /NaH_ 2 PO_ 4 was a better buffer and its optimum dosage was 3%.

The Ca2+ salt solution as a new regenerant was presented in this paper. The influences of the calcium salt proportioning, temperature, dosage and flow rate on anion exchange fiber regeneration were studied. High regeneration can be obtained with 0.5 mol/L CaCl2+8 g/L CaO+6.5 °Bx sucrose solution at 70～80 ℃, the dosage of the Ca2+ salt solution was about half of the raw decoloring syrup, the regenerant flow rate should be lower than that of the raw decoloring syrup. It was shown that stable decolorization rate and lower decline in exchange capacity could be achieved with the new regenerant. It performed more effectively than the traditional sodium salt regenerant with less discharge of waste water.

The result showed that the dosage of 5000 IJs/plant was the best one among the 8 dosages, the average of injured legume (3.l%) with BPS was significant lower than that of 40% isofenphos-methyl solution (9.0%) and than that of tap water (53.2%). The rate of grub decrease (95.7%) and the dry weight of peanut (5941.5 kg/ha) with BPS were significant different (P.05) to that of with 40% isofenphos-methyl solution (82.7%, 303.8 kg). The application of BPS was better with irrigation than with spray. At the dosage of 5000 IJs/plant, the combination of BPS and Rhabditis sp.(4500:500) did not show conflictive, coordinate or synergistic effect to grub control.
