AIM: To observe the curative effect of titanium wiring in treatment of the fractures of Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle and dislocation of Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavicular joint.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Clavicular hook-plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures (Neer degree Ⅱ) and/or acromioclavicular joint dislocation (Tossy degree Ⅲ) in comparison with tension band fixation.

目的 比较AO锁骨钩钢板(clavicular hook-plate， CHP)与交叉克氏针张力带(tension band fixation， TBF)内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折与肩锁关节脱位的疗效，评估CHP在治疗锁骨远端骨折与肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。

The results that CHP fixed fracture of the distal clavicle with dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint are ideal. Fractures ununited is avoided. Early functional exercise promotes fracture healing with function recovered at the same tine. CHP is relatively simple with less injury, rapid postoperative recovery, convenient application, less operative, less complications and should be recommended extensively in clinicle application .Therefore, The CHP fixation is the best method of effective treatment of the trauma at present.

CHP对锁骨远端骨折并肩锁关节脱位治疗效果理想，骨折不愈合可以避免，并且可以早期功能练习，使骨折愈合与功能恢复同步进行，而且具有操作简单、易掌握、损伤小、疗效确切的特点，值得临床应用推广，是目前有效治疗此种损伤的最佳方法。
