By taking optimization for culture media of diamondback moth as example,theoretical research of SVR model in media optimization was carried out.Based on initial composition,Secondary Leave-one-out was carried out after kernel optimization and descriptors screening,the precision is higher than linear regression model,it is showed that SVR is proper for media optimization.

A new method was developed for design of the composite material flywheel with high speed. In this paper ,the method of optimization of shape design for the composite material flywheel with high speed was put forward on the base of the analytical method and research optimization of shape design, and established the models of density optimization of energy and light mass.These models were used to design two typical composite flywheels with high speed in hybrid electrical vehicle flywheel battery and the stress level and convergence on the flywheel were got .Then a new way was developed for optimization of shape design of the composite material flywheel with high speed.

In this thesis, we firstly introduce several class of discrete-time neural network models and the research progress of the neural networks.
