METHODS: Spleen cells of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 24 h in the coculture system were observed and the expression of RNA editase was detected by semiquantitative PCR and was contrasted with the mouse spleen cells in a singleculture system.
