In this research, we employed 260 wheat cultivars selected from the different wheat-growing areas in China to be as materials for identifying vernalization gene loci of Vrn-A1, Vrn-B1, Vrn-D1 and Vrn-B3 by using STS markers and by field growth examination together, in order to make clear the effects of growth habit in wheat on dominant-recessive regarding four vernalization gene locus.
