AIM and METHODS : Immunohistochemical technique in combination with a computer assisted TV-image analysis system were used to measure the expression level of c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 proteins in 37 cases of lung squamous carcinoma and 48 cases of lung adenocarcinoma identified pathologically.
