For frequency information fluid identification technology:the basic theory of fluid identification based on frequency information has been introduced,for inner and external factor affecting frequency,some steps have been proposed to attain reserved amplitude and frequency analysis data with high resolution,high S/N ratio;through the comparison of time-frequency analysis method, the high accuracy time-frequency analysis method has been selected to extract time-frequency attributes;the analysis method flow of common single frequency fluid identification has been proposed,according to the data of full frequency band,several anomaly zone modes of common single frequency attribute have segregated; incorporating converted wave and compression wave,fluid identification method based on PS wave combined time-frequency analysis has been proposed;the AVO property of various fluid type in frequency domain has been studied;the generalized fourier analysis method,Proni absorption filter has been introduced,and researched for anti-noise and for the seismic processing interpretation flow.The above technology have been applied to fluid identification of organic reef in WBT area in the east of Sichuan and fluid identification of clastic rock in GUANGAN area in the middle of Sichuan,the results show that the above methods are effective.

The research results show:(1) we combine time series method with the dispersed Markov Chains theory of stochastic process, and present a Markov Model based the time series analysis for predicting the precipitation for groundwater resources evaluation. Results show that the time series-Markov Model is efficient, and it has higher accuracy than that of the single model of time series;(2) started from the systematic point of view, we analyze the metabolic process of groundwater, establish the ultimate metabolic equation of groundwater for protecting the water resources, and discuss the value of reducing evaporation for making full use of the water resources;(3) Through a theoretical analysis of the results of the experiments, we draw a conclusion: the critical depth on evaporation of groundwater is in step with the height of the maximal capillary rise of media.
通过理论分析与实验研究,得出主要结论如下:(1)论文将传统的时间序列方法与随机过程马尔可夫预报模型相结合,以预报大气降水量,并用于地下水资源评价,创造性的提出了地下水资源评价中降水量的时序——马尔可夫预报模型;(2)论文从系统的观念出发,分析了地球水循环中地下水代谢过程,建立了旨在保护水资源的地下水极限代谢条件方程,并进一步阐明了减少蒸发量和增加补给量在水资源保护中的重要作用;(3)论文通过实验研究和理论分析,论证了潜水蒸发存在极限埋藏深度,得出了潜水蒸发极限埋深与介质最大毛管水上升高度一致的重要结论。

The method on trans fatty acids analysis in food is very important. The effects of methylate sodium, potassium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and boron trifluoride in methanol and their different concentration and dosage on TFA analysis were studied. The chromatographic condition and the influence of time and temperature on the esterifation of TFA using boron trifluoride in methanol were optimized. A method for analyzing TFA were established by GC based on boron trifluoride in methanol and RT-2560(100m×0.25mm×0.2μm) capillary column.
研究了甲醇钠-甲醇、氢氧化钾-甲醇、浓硫酸-甲醇和三氟化硼-甲醇4种甲酯化试剂的浓度、用量及甲酯化时间和温度对反式脂肪酸检测的影响,优化了色谱条件,建立了以三氟化硼-甲醇法甲酯化,RT-2560(100m×0.25mm×0.2μm)毛细管柱为基础的反式脂肪酸气相色谱检测方法,C18:1-9 t, C18:1-11 t, C18:2-9 t, 12 t和C22:1-13 t 4种反式脂肪酸的最小检出浓度在0.774.08 mg/kg之间。4种反式脂肪酸不同添标浓度回收率为98.44%101.23%,重复测定的相对标准差在0.22%1.31%之间,有较好的准确度和重现性。
