Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of intravesical instillation of Ray Cartilage Glycosaminoglycans in orthotopic bladder tumor of rats.

Methods The clinical and histopathologic symptoms of two patients with sarcomatoid carcinoma of the bladder were macrohematuria and vesical irritability.
