Methods The thickness of retinal capillary basement membrane and glomerular basement membrane and their anionic sites were quantitatively analyzed by electron microscopy and immunohistochemical methods.Results RBM and GBM became gradually thickened with the development of diabetes. The thickened basement membrane was accompanied with decrease of anionic sites in number.Conclusion DR and DN share partly the pathological process, and there are also some incoordinate phenomena in the microvascular lesion.

The treatment of car-washing wastewater by using membrane bioreactor was investigated. The influences of operating pressure and environmental factors on the membrane's filtration function were analyzed combining with theoretical calculations. In the meiobar range, membrane resistance was the dominant role, independent of operating terms. In the middle pressure range, concentration difference-polarized resistance was the dominant role, depending much on operating terms. In the high pressure range, gelatin resistance was the dominant role. The influences of the operating pressure was small on the membrane flux, and the membrane's separating characteristics were related much with mud concentration, membrane flow velocity and etc.

Through copolymerizing AA and AN in different mole ratio, and compare the PV performance with membrane of PVA acetal membrane, we can concluded that, the separation flux of composite membrane is less than PVA acetal membrane, however, when the mole ratio of AA and AN is 1:1, the separation factor is higher than PVA acetal membrane, from the view of PSI, the composite membrane is better, thats the reason of the hydrophilic functional group and hydrophobic functional group ratio proper, it achieved good balance.
