Catenin was detected in suprabasal, epidermal basal layer, placode, hair bud in early phase(E68～93),and expressed strongly in epidermal basal layer, placode, and hair bud, in suprabasal expressed less strongly; in metaphase(E94～184),β-catenin was detected in epidermis, hair peg, and in suprabasal, epidermal basal layer, hair follicle bulge, inner root sheath, outer root sheath, follicular infundibulum expressed less strongly; in late phase(E184～225),β-catenin expressed weakly in epidermal basal layers, while expressed strongly in epidermal keratinocytes.

Three hundred and twenty-four crossbred (Landrace×Yorkshine) barrows with average body weight of 27 kg were randomly assigned to 6 dietary groups: group Ⅰ(chlorotetracycline group, added 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline in basal diet); group Ⅱ(origanum oil group, added 20 mg/kg oreganum oil in basal diet); group Ⅲ(probiotics group, added 1.5 g/kg probiotics in basal diet); group Ⅳ(nutrient enhancement group, elevated dietary vitamin E, vitamin B family and micro elements Zn, Mn, I); group Ⅴ(origanum oil+nutrient enhancement group); group Ⅵ(probiotics+nutrient enhancement group).

Results Multi-layer epithelia without hemidesmosome and basal membrane were observed in composites of PGA showing ill-defined cell layers. OKCs could adhere and proliferate onto collagen membrane forming multi-layer epithelia, with no mature hemidesmosome and basal membrane. That of Alloderm showed normal epithelial structures, with hemidesmosome, basal membrane and cell pseudopod in lamina propria.

In 300mg/kg JSS treatment, the yolk color was 6 degree too. While added 500mg/kg JMH into the basal diet, the egg yolk color was up to 9 degree. Results The lesion located at the basal segments of left lower lobe in 9 cases (90%), furthermore, 7(70%) at the posterior basal segments; The remainder 1 case (10%) was found at the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe; The lesion present as multiloculated cyst containing fluid and/or air in 7 cases(70%) without contrast enhancement of cyst wall, 3 cases (30%) presented as irregular mass with moderate enhancement, in which bronchiectasis with mucous impaction, calcification or cyst containing fluid may be seen; MRP, MIP and VR reconstructions showed anomalous branches arising from descending aorta in all 10 patients(100%) with draining into left atrium via pulmonary vein,which was consistent with surgery; Ipsilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was demonstrated in 7 cases (70%).
