So in this paper based on the characteristics and the optimum state theory of the vehicle, some kinds of control schemes are compared and discussed, and the fuzzy PID control scheme is adopted at last. The relation between air-cushion pressure and fan rotational speed on the optimum driving state is studied. The cushion pressure is used as controlled variable and the fan revolution is used as regulated variable. And transducer and fan motor are actuators.Based on the structure and operating properties of half-tracked air-cushion vehicle, the control system scheme and structure are presented. A control scheme using the self-tuning PID fuzzy logical controller is adopted. Fuzzy rules are set up and some researches have been done for fuzzy tuning method. At the same time the real-time measurement scheme by computer control is proposed, and electric circuits are designed. In the control system of half-tracked air-cushion vehicle cushion pressure P〓 is used as controlled variable and the fan speed n〓 as regulated variable.

A synthetic model of multi-level production planning and control integration is brought forward, which integrated Master Production Schedule , Material Requirements Planning , Shop Floor Control , order acceptance control, order release control and process control into a whole. Besides, a new method of production management—— Theory of Constraints is introduced into the traditional MRP, and a method to integrate TOC with MRP is put forward. As a result, a system of production planning management for ceramics enterprise is developed. Then several problems of shop planning and control for ceramics enterprise including the modeling of production line, the optimized utilization of kiln, the complement and due-date of products are discussed. A mathematical programming model of equalization production for ceramics production line is set up. An optimized model is put forward, which uses genetic algorithm to solve the sequencing problem of ceramics before the kiln.

This paper precisely conducts the special topic research in view of some important technologies of the digitized control module.(1) AC motor control circuit of PAN/TILT is designed ,which speed is controlled by AT89C51 MCU. DC motor control circuit of LENS is designed too.(2) The hardware and software of automatic temperature control is designed, which used in camera protect box without A/D IC. A kind of single wire communication IC is used in the circuit. So, the program is given.(3) A method of video switch without picture shock is discussed in this paper, and 16x8 video switch circuit is designed. AT89C51 can carry out time sequence logical control with the sync signals by request..(4) The module of real-time clock is designed, in which, LCM is used, a kind of three-wire communication IC is used too.
