The solubility proportion of the enzyme increased from 12.3% to 32.8% when IPTG concentrations dropped from 1000 μM to 25 μM. The recombinant enzyme was purified by heat treatment, DEAE Sepharose anion-exchange chromatography and TOYOPEARL HW-55F.
