In order to explore the clinical prospect of Peimine, we select acute leukemia patients as objects, and investigate the followings:(1) Relationship between P170′s expression and its clinical effect in AL;(2) Mechanism of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb and Peimine in reversing MDR in AL;(3) Combined with chemotherapeutic drugs, the ability of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb to decrease P170's high expression and its clinical efficacy in AL management;(4) Relationship between Traditional Chinese syndrome and P170′s expression or clinical efficacy.

为了探讨浙贝母的临床应用前景，考虑到取材的方便性，我们选择了急性白血病为研究对象，做了以下几方面的研究工作：(1)P170在急性白血病中的表达及其与临床疗效的关系；(2)浙贝母散剂和贝母甲素逆转急性白血病细胞多药耐药的机制探讨；(3)浙贝母散剂临床合用化疗时对急性白血病细胞多药耐药蛋白P170的逆转作用及其临床疗效；(4)中医证型与P170表达及临床耐药关系的研究。

Result The inhibitory effect on pulmonary metastasis of transplanted tumor were 46.36%, 32.73%, 18.2% in the Runing granule preparation group, warming kidney group, dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group respectively. There wasn＇t significant difference between Runing granule preparation group and CTX group （50.91%）. The expression of VEGF was dropped in Runing grannie preparation group and dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group. The expression of TIMP-1mRNA was up-regulated in Runing Granule group and warming kidney group. The expression of MMP-9 was dropped in Runing granule preparation group and warming kidney group.

乳宁冲剂组及拆方温肾组、疏肝活血组对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤的肺转移抑制作用分别为46.36％、32.73％、18.2％，乳宁冲剂组作用与CTX组（50.91％）比较无显著差异；而乳宁冲剂组、疏肝活血组均可下调肿瘤VEGF蛋白表达；乳宁冲剂全方、温肾方可明显使TIMP-1mRNA的表达升高，MMP-9表达下降；对MMP-9／TIMP-1蛋白表达比值影响以温肾组下降最明显。

结果 (1)33例cHL中，30／33(90.91％)H／RS细胞和33／33(100％)背景淋巴细胞BSAP表达阳性，而H／RS细胞10／33(30.30％)CD20阳性，1／33(3.03％)CD45RO阳性，31／33(93.94％)CD30阳性，25／33(75.75％)CD15阳性；(2)33例HL石蜡刮片组织中有16例(48.48％)出现IgH基因重排阳性，显微切割的19管H／RS细胞有14管(73.68％)扩增阳性，而12管背景淋巴细胞有2管(16.67％)扩增阳性；(3)测序分析周新华第一军医大学病理学教研室获得了一段免疫球蛋白重链可变区的重排片断；（4）原位PCR结果发现杂交的阳性颗粒不仅出现在探针来源的同一病例也出现在不同病例的HillS细胞核上，同时在部分周围背景淋巴细胞核上也见到阳性颗粒。

Results (1)LVMI gradually increased from 5d to 30d in OG (P＜0.01);(2)Counts of intracardiac bFGF immune reaction and bFGF mRNA expression were increased at 5d, were essentially normalized at 30d;(3) Intracardial ACE activity, angiotensin II concentration, ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression were progressively risen from 0.5 h or 4 h to 30 d;(4)LVMI was positively correlated with the level of ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression following 5d.
