Results: Compared with IR group , XSOL could significantly decrease the cerebral water content, the cerebral index, the brain vascular permeability in rats of acute incomplete brain ischemia-reperfusion (P.01,P.05). Cerebral tissue morphology showed that neuronic damage of rats subjected to acute incomplete brain ischemia-reperfusion was ameliorated following administration of XSOL (2.4, 9.6g/kg). Compared with IR group , XSOL could significantly decrease the content of MDA and NO in brain tissue(P.01,P.05)and increase SOD,GSH-px activity. The levels of cerebral Glu,Asp were cut down(P.01,P.05). Conclusion: XSOL shows protective effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.

结果：与缺血再灌注组比较，XSOL大、小剂量组可以显著降低急性不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠的脑含水量(P.01，P.05)、脑指数(P.01，P.05)、脑毛细血管通透性(P.01，P.05)；光镜下脑组织形态学显示各剂量组可不同程度的减轻急性不完全性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织的神经元受损形态；与缺血再灌注组比较，XSOL大、小剂量组可以显著降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中的MDA的含量(P.01，P.05)，升高SOD、GSH-Px在脑组织中的活性(P.01，P.05)；XSOL大、小剂量组可显著降低脑组织中NO的含量(P.01，P.05)，降低脑组织中Glu、Asp含量(P.01，P.05)。

Experiment conclusions ①The expression and activation of MARCKS and p-MARCKS were elevated in brain under the condition of acute ischemia, suggesting that over expression of MARCKS transudation pathway might play an important role in brain ischemia.②Treatment with Qingnao Pilular could inhibit the over expression and activation of MARCKS; MARCKS signal transduction pathway could be novel target for the treatment of acute ischemia.

Results On the basis of the percentage of GPI-anchored PLAP conversion,the sera GPI-PLD activities of total 172 patients,included 26 severe acute viral hepatitis as group A,29 liver cirrhosis as group B,32 chronic viral hepatitis as group C,55 mild acute viral hepatitis as group D,30 primary hepatocellular carcinoma as group E,were measured.As compared with 182 healthy presons as control group,the sera GPI-PLD activities of group A and B were significantly reduced;By contraries,the activities of group D and E were significantly raised.The sera GPI-PLD activities of group C compared with healthy control group were not significantly altered.However,when paired Q-test,the changes of serum GPI-PLD activity between all paired groups among this five groups were remarkable.

结果检测172例肝脏疾病患者(包括A组：26例急性重症病毒性肝炎；B组：29例肝硬化；C组：32例慢性病毒性肝炎；D组：55例急性非重症病毒性肝炎；E组：30例原发性肝癌)血清中GPI-PLD的活性，发现A、B两组患者的该酶活性较正常人(182名)显著性降低，而D、E两组则较正常人显著性增高，C组患者的酶活性与正常人无显著性差异，但A、B、C、D、E两组之间的酶活性水平改变却均有显著性。

Outcome:(1) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of c-fos protein in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia. And the expression level of c-fos can be up-regulated by putting blood of 12 hand Jing Points. So we think that treated by this therapy can rise the irritability of brain to resist the development of ischemia and enhance the ability to plerosis.(2) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of HspVO in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia.

三 结果(1)急性缺血性脑损伤可快速诱导c-fos蛋白在皮层缺血区脑组织的表达，其表达有随缺血时间延长而逐渐增多的趋势，提示脑的缺血性损伤可应激性地增强神经细胞对缺血、缺氧的耐受和适应能力，而应用井穴放血的干预治疗可明显上调缺血区皮层脑组织c-fos的表达水平，进一步增强脑组织对抗缺血性损伤的应激能力，抵抗缺血性脑损害的进一步发展。
