With large-scale model tests of open-cut box tunnel and shallow bored horseshoetunnel intersecting orthogonally and obliquely with active ground fissure zone individually, the adaptability of sectionalized tunnel passing through active ground fissure is studied,theresults show that the sectionalized tunnel with flexible joint can bear very large sheardeformation,and the deformation and secondary stress of adjacent sectionalized tunnel underthe action of ground fissure is small,meantime many sectionalized tunnels can eliminatepartly the effect of active ground fissure movement,have a good capability of adapting itselfto the large deformation.

8通过分段设缝的明挖箱形隧道和浅埋暗挖马蹄形隧道分别正交和斜交穿越地裂缝带穿的大型模型试验，对分段设变形缝的地铁隧道穿越地裂缝带的适应性进行了研究，结果表明分段式柔性接头隧道能承受较大的剪切变形，相邻衬砌管段变形和次生应力均较小，同时多段设变形缝具有很好的消化地裂缝变形的效果，从而说明多段设变形缝加柔性接头连接的地铁隧道具有较强的适应地裂缝活动大变形的能力。

RESULTS:① Gross observation: At 2 weeks, there were no differences between the two groups, and the materials were connected to bone bed with fibrous tissues. At 4 and 8 weeks, there was more new callus in biologic active bone group than in biologic bone group. At 12 weeks, some bionic biphasic ceramic-like biologic active bone were absorbed and new bone regenerated in biologic active bone group, being similar to appearance of host bone, but there were few callus in biologic bone group.

In this dissertation, based on the systematically analysis of theory and application research on deformable model, a new B-spline active contour based on the finite element method is proposed; then B-spline active contour is applied to fitting the digital curve cross-sectional contour, and adaptive FEM is adopted to improve the precision; lastly the model is generalized to 3D, and a B-spline active surface model based on FEM is proposed.

In addition, we studied the distribution of mitochondria in metaphase Ⅱ rabbit oocytes, zygotes and early embryos by two active mitochondria dyes and revealed the change of active mitochondria during early development of rabbit embryos. We also found that the distribution of microfilaments and microtubules have similar patterns to that of active mitochondria, which is an important basis for further development of animal cloning study using the recipient oocytes derived from rabbit.
