Chapter 1 gives the background,current research process of relatedproblems and summarizes this thesis\'s work.In chapter 2,we study the Brownian motion with holding and jumping on the boundary.We use the resolvent method to obtain the infinitesimal generator because the domain of the infinitesimal generator is essentially the same as the range of the resolvent.Knowledge of this range and of the differential operator determines uniquely the infinitesimal generator.Since the semigroup generated by the DHJ is not strongly continuous,to use the nice property of strongly continuous semigroup in analytic theory,in chapter 3 we show that the dual is strongly continuous and derive ergodicity through spectral radius formulas and finally obtain the ergodic theorem by duality. In chapter 4,we discuss a class of a more general process---one dimensional Feller diffusion proposed by W.Feller in 1954.The Feller diffusion allows the possibility of jumps from boundary to boundary,not only from boundary to the interior.We give the stationary distribution of this process.

Firstly, we consider SIQR epidemical models with continuous and pulse vaccinations; the reproduction numbers have been obtained for those models; by using Dulac function, we prove the global stabilities of equilibrium of SIQR model with continuous vaccination. In the SIQR epidemical models with pulse vaccinations, we have also discussed the existence of the infection-free periodic solution, the global stabilities of the infection-free periodic solutions, and the effectiveness of pulse vaccination and continuous vaccination policies has been compared for the two models.

In this paper,results of Markov chain are used under the circumstances of the automaton model which belongs to logical level of Discrete Event System to analyze the steady states and transient states of the Markov model of DES,respectively based on four conditions of discrete-time parameter and continuous-time parameter.A simpler decision rule of system ergodic property which applies both to the conditions of discrete-time parameter and continuous-time parameter is presented through an example.The transient states of DES which under the condition of continuous-time parameter are analyzed and computed based on Kolmogorov backward equation or forward equation.

objective to investigate the paregoric effects of butorphanol when the errhysis occurs inside the epidural catheter during continuous epidural anesthesia.methods 60 cases of kidney stones received elective surgery.during this surgery they underwent continuous epidural anesthesia and eight cases of them showed the errhysis in the epidural catheter.then epidural injection of butorphanol was given for analgesia and hr,map,spo2 as well as muscle relaxation conditions were monitored before and 5,10,20 min after injection.the conscious and breathing of patients were also monitored.results before and 5,10,20 min after injection of butorphanol,hr and map difference were not statistically significant.the analgesic results were satisfactory.conclusion butorphanol has a definite analgesic effect when the errhysis occurs in epidural catheter during continuous epidural anesthesia.

目的 探讨在连续硬膜外麻醉中，硬膜外导管内渗血时，应用布托啡诺镇痛的效果。方法择期行肾结石手术患者60例，行连续硬膜外麻醉，其中8例硬膜外导管内渗血，均经硬膜外腔注入布托啡诺镇痛，分别监测注入前及注入后5 、10 、20 min，hr、map、spo2及肌肉松驰情况，同时监测患者神志及呼吸情况。结果注射布托啡诺前及注射后5、10、20 min，hr、map差异无统计学意义，镇痛效果满意。结论在连续硬膜外麻醉中硬膜外导管渗血时，注入布托啡诺维持麻醉镇痛效果明确。
